On 2/16/26 I received a voicemail from Sam Garcia from US Document services indicating that they are preparing documents related to my case. They give a reference case number. They want me to be available to sign on delivery. They want me to call the issuing agents at 888 731 0453 to set an exact delivery time. If they cant reach me court hearing may proceed without me. They will also try to make delivery at my place of employment. They indicate that the communications has been recorded as a part of their attempt to notify me.

CALLED LEFT VOICE MAIL BECAUSE I DONT ANSWER UNKNOKN NUMBERS CLAMING I HAD A COMPLAINT ON ME COULD COME TO MY HOME OR PLACE OF WORK TO SETTLE AND SIGN PAPERWORK

The person's name is Debbie. I've received other calls from similar fake company 'US Document Services' threatening legal action or needing to be available to receive some documents. I never called them back and won't call them back. She did provide a reference number, but if you google them you'll see it's a clear phishing scam. They called from 201-204-1663 and 1-888-362-6932

I first received a voicemail on my work phone which came from a 314 area code, which is the same area code as my work number. However within minutes of that voicemail, I received a call from the same people on my cell phone with an 817 area code (which is in my same state). Both were claiming to be with the US Document Services and asked me to call 877-643-3672 with a ref# in order to get some legal docs mailed to me. I was very suspicious of these calls because I never get personal calls on my work number, nor do I ever give it out for personal business. I have no idea what the scam was or what they were trying to obtain because I simply refused to call the number that they provided.

I received the following message:

This is Selena Hill with US document services calling to follow up with a complaint, receiving our office for Albert Ziv We would like to discuss the pending action being filed against you and get you a copy of the complaint please contact this number immediately 877-912-3728 and your reference case number is 238639. Failure to contact the department handling the file will leave us no choice, but to forward this matter to your local jurisdiction. You You will need to be available to sign for the delivery. They showing agent will dispatch confirmation. If they are unable to reach you at home they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action from being taken, you will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 877912 3728 This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you…”

On February 26, 2025, I received the following voicemail message: "This is Selena Hill with US Document Services calling to follow up with a complaint received in our office for xxxxxx xxxxx. They left a voicemail letting me know they were taking legal action against me, but if I called them, I could stop the paperwork. I did not call them back

I received the following voicemail message on January 21, 2025: "This is Grace with US Document Services calling to follow up with a complaint received in our office for ****** *****, and we would like to discuss the pending action being filed against you and get you a copy of the complaint. Your reference case number is 231261. Again, 231261. Failure to contact the department handling the file will leave us no choice but to forward this matter to your local jurisdiction. Documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out. You will need to be available to signed for the delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch confirmation. If they are unable to reach you at home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action from the [inaudible], you will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 888-700-5950. Again, it's 888-700-5950. This call has been recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you."

caller left a case number of 165269, and a phone number of 1(206) 238-1277. came up on my caller Id which doesn't receive incoming phone calls the phone number left on the voicemail was 1(888) 409-1630, this number I didn't call. The message left on the voicemail said that a complaint had been filed against me and that further action would result if they were not able to reach me at home or at my place of employment (I don't have a place of employment).

Continued calls from this place they identify as 'US Document Services' referencing legal issue. They have provided the following numbers to call back to discuss and also say they are sending legal documentation to the address and threaten to visit place of employment, which neither has happened to my knowledge.

Phone numbers provided are 888-311-0026 & 888-672-3038.

One message was just robotic/generic the other was a person named Rebecca Davis and mentioned a County the legal action was taken on behalf of. Another call was from a man, this was the first call and I called back and he was very demanding when I would not provider personal information (SSN, etc). I hung up. And never answered or responded to another call since. They also have gotten our family's ph# and call them asking for me as well. Very persistent.

They also provided a case number. So I went to the county court they mentioned and gave that case number which turned out invalid and my name is not being returned and their records.

So long story short this is a persistent scammer whom has been calling for almost 2 years now.
