Valley delivery Reports & Reviews (30)

Valley delivery came to my door and I have a door bell camera for evidence I can send to an email but the lady and you can clearly see her face put. Note on my door and when I got home it said I have a package but she didn’t have a package on her and she had like 30 slips in her hand. I’m going to the police about this

I came home to find a "we missed you" delivery receipt on my door. I called the number and the woman immediately went into a "Congratulations on your new home...you qualify for a new home security system." I then said to her "so I don't have a delivery" - she didn't even acknowledge what I said and continued on the home security system. I stopped her several times saying, first you don't know if i own a home or now. She called me "sweetheart" "dear" etc - she sounded like an older woman. I also asked her who left the notice on my door and how did they access the gate. She told me she didn't have that information, she just worked on the phones. I reminded her that we live in a gated, no soliciting neighborhood and to remove us from their call and solicitation list. Her response was "gates are only for traffic." Over the course of the past two weeks, I have received over 20 plus calls from solicitors for home services - all of which have a local PHoenix area code, and begin the conversation with "congratulations on your home." I did some research online and it appears that I am not the only person to fall victim of this company. PLEASE get these people under control!

Just bought a house. While moving in I found a note on the door saying “Sorry We Missed You” and that this had been their first attempt to contact me. I checked bbb.org and found they are a SCAM, which is what I thought when I read the notice.

Fake company left 2 “delivery slips” on my door. I have not ordered any packages recently, nor received tracking information from this company. On the back of their slip, it states they will sell my contact information to marketing companies if I contact them.

A note was left on my door, 2 days after moving in to our new house, that we had missed a delivery from "Valley Delivery", and to call the number listed and provide our "tracking number" for further information. I called the phone number listed and was met with an automated voice telling me to enter my tracking number and wait for the next available agent. I did this, and then hung up. I received a call the next morning from the same number telling me that a security company was offering free install of a wireless security system if we agreed to place a sign in our front yard advertising them. He asked questions about our home and whether we had a dog, which I thought was suspicious. I then told him I wasn't interested and hung up. In researching this company, it looks like this is a scam meant to collect personal information to then sell to telemarketing companies for home service sales.

I got this on my door I've never heard of them before so I Googled them and all I seen was everything talking about how this company was a scam so I came on here to do a little more info and I found out that they got an F by the ScamPulse.com and I want to make sure that they don't hurt anybody else

Left a "sorry we missed you" note on the door, leaving you to assume it was a delivery package. It includes your name, address, and a confirmation ID. If you call the number it says your contact info may be used for marketing of relevant home services and product offers. They scam you into thinking you missed a delivery but instead tries to sell you and use your info to sell to other companies.

Noticed a "Sorry We Missed You..." slip on our front door, but never heard anyone knock/ring the doorbell. On the back of the slip it reads:

"Please be advised that, if you agree, any contact information you provide through calling the number listed on the front of this card may be used by Valley Delivery or any of its partners to contact you for marketing of relevant home services and product offers. For additional details please go to valley-delivery.com."

Sticky note on the door saying id missed a package. Ive got 3 dogs and a parrot that screams when someone knocks. Noone knocked. Back of the note says if i call the number on the front that it means i agree for them to share all my information with thier affiliates. Fake website about deliveries yet plenty of stories about how they are scammers on multiple news sites.

Came home to a Sorry we missed you tag on my front door, was not expecting a package but just moved into a new house so thought it might be from someone I knew. Called up, they tried to sell me stuff, did not buy, then sent an email for a "free" $100 restaurant gift card, link was an expired link to buy a $100 gift card for $20. Unfortunately I gave them an email address and they probably have my phone number as well from the call I made, on the back of the slip which I read after I made the call it says that any contact info will be used to market home services and products.

Valley Delivery left a post-it on our front door saying "Sorry We Missed You". It stated they had made 2 attempts to make a delivery. There was a confirmation number and a phone number to call to arrange delivery. So I called. They told me I had missed delivery of a "Welcome to the Neighborhood" gift and that it would be a $100 gift card for restaurants.com. I said I was working from home that day and that a delivery could be made anytime. That was a week ago, and there's been no delivery. Funny thing is, on the back side of the post-it-note, was a small print note stating that if I called the number on the front of the note, I was giving my consent for Valley Delivery or "any of its partners" to contact me for "marketing of home services and product offers". Since that time, I have been absolutely inundated with phone calls about furnace, air conditioning, water test, etc services. All the calls are from local Phoenix metro area codes. I asked one caller how they got my number, and they couldn't answer. They were simply telemarketers. I have attempted to contact Valley-Delivery via its website and email. Both bounce back as undeliverable. Valley-Delivery is not an ethical or valid business. I really don't care about the $100 gift card, but that was an absolute lie. I just want the calls to stop. I believe Valley Delivery sold my personal information to other companies based on the false pretense of a missed delivery.

A “SORRY WE MISSED YOU...” delivery post-it like notice left on my front door, with the 2nd attempt box checked along with 6022819885 phone number

My first and last name, street address and confirmation ID of 15165957 were all hand-written on the notice.

I called the provided phone number, prompted to enter my confirmation ID to “better serve me”.

Since I am actually expecting a delivery from Overstock.com, and are aware that they use local 3rd party delivery providers, the notice did not initially seem out of the ordinary.

That was until what followed after being on hold for 3-5 minutes and then hearing a recorded ‘we are busy with other customers, please leave a message and we will return your call...again also not out of the ordinary.

What was suspicious was the automated ‘this voicemail box is not able to receive anymore messages’ recording.

It was that recording and then the limited information on their valley deliver.com website and different phone number that concerned me.

Appears that this scam was newsworthy last year- see link to abc15.com story.

We just moved into a new home. Our realtor asked if we would be home on Tuesday as she would be sending flowers.

Coincidentally, we received a door sticker indicating we missed a delivery and to call ### for a re-attempt. I can't believe I fell for it, but I did. I called the number and the woman who answered was a bit too chatty, asking questions, etc. I don't even recall what I answered but within a few hours, I started receiving a number of solicitations for new home services. Apparently my cell phone number has been sold and God only knows what other information she got out of me. "Valley Delivery" is a completely bogus company and I fell for it. Ugh.

Said that there was a delivery on my new home front door. I just closed and haven't even moved in yet. Must have gotten records from the County within the last week as it was addressed to me personally. When I called and input the "confirmation code" it said it was incorrect. Nobody answered after long hold and voice mail was full.

Sorry we missed you....

Was left at my door while home. They did not knock or ring the door bell.

A man left this fake delivery note telling us we missed a delivery of a package, we just moved here and have NO packages in route to us. Not to mention, this is reported Scam amongst many Phoenix Valley residents. They leave a note with our info on our door, I think its a scam to have us call and they phish for information.

I received a notice on my door that says they attempted to leave me a package, 2nd attempt. The notice looked legitimate. When I called they confirmed my notice with my name, email, and recent home purchase. Then they started asking if I received coupons and sales materials in the mail.

The slip left on the door indicates a mixed package delivery. When we contacted the phone number on the slip, they stated congratulations was in order due to our new home purchase and proceeded to say we were going to receive gift cards from restaurant.com as a welcome to the neighborhood. I told them no thank you and attempted to end the call. They then went on to offer us a wonderful deal for home security and I told them we already have an alarm and the guy on the phone seemed shocked. I then then told the guy to remove us from their list. The guy again told us congratulations on the new house and to enjoy it. It was a very unsettling and concerning interaction.

When I came home, there was a notice from Valley Delivery stating I had missed a deliver of a package and it was the company's second attempt. When I called the number listed (602-281-9885) there was no response. However, thereafter, I began getting a multitude of marketing recordings. I have no way to make the recordings stop and I am flooded with calls every day, all day. Other than change my number, I have no idea to make the callers stop.

I have gotten 3 notes on my door and 1 in my mail box. all recorded on camera. I'm tired of being bothered by these notes.
