After seeing these pools with dogs laying in them I thought this would be great for my 2 dogs. After 3 months and many emails I finally get the pool. It's so small that my Chihuahua will not fit in it. I tried to go to their website on my shipping email and it will not load! So I go to their website and am writing a review of what a pisces of crap this is and it will not let me submit it! This is a horrible company.

Ordered a dog pool in end of April after seeing an ad on instagram. It just arrived 3 months later. It came from
China. I emailed a number of times, be patient. The last email I sent was how it was in CA and I’m following the tracking info. They sent me an updated tracking info with more details. I believe they changed the tracking information. It says one date it’s in CA and a day later it’s not even in the country. Also I ordered a large pool for my Husky she barely fits in it. Waste of money.

I ordered a dog clipper kit for grooming my two dogs in the amount of $31.38 on April 16, 2020 and as of today, July 10, 2020, I have not received the kit or any information as to where they might be. The amount was charged to my credit card on April 17th. Is there any way to get a refund?

Paid over $56 for dog pool in April 2020. Never received pool or money back! They have emailed me several times an asked me to be patient. Tracking the order it was supposedly in my state.. Michigan. At Detroit Distribution Center! It was not there! Then it was supposedly in the state of California! Total SCAM!

On 4/20/2020 I ordered from Veravolo one portable paw pool and paid $36.58. Today is 7/9/2020 and I have not received the merchandise, or a refund. I e-mailed a request on June 19, 2020 at 7:01 p.m. regarding shipment on this item and to date have not received an answer. Can someone help me with this order. The order number is 200421005708821 placed on 4/20/2020. Any help would be appreciated.

I paid $36 plus tax for a dog pool. It finally came in 3 months later. It is the size for a Barbie! This is a rip off scam. I'm pissed. Please, someone needs to shut them down! A fraudulent site!

my 110 pound dog looked at the small pool and I swear I heard him laugh at me. Poor boy its 100° I was hoping he could cool off. Well at least he can get a cold drink from his new outdoor water bowl.

I paid $90 CAD for my dog pool that was supposed to be extra large. My dogs are using it as an outdoor water bowl. This is definitely not what I paid for. This is a scam.

I just got mine on July 10th for my husky and I posted a picture on FB ppl are saying it looks like a water bowl. Paid 50.50 for it. Now I see some on amazon that are a little more expensive but larger.

I ordered a low noise pet clipper back in April and just now (July) received it,but it wasn't for dogs. It was a hair clipper for men. All instructions were in chinese so could not even read how to use them. First time I have ordered anything online and not received what I ordered. This company is a spam.

Same issue as the rest of the folks on my order. No response to requests and not only did it take 2 months to receive my order it was wrong. I ordered an XL pool because I have 3 dogs one that’s 100lbs, and we’re in a 100 degree climate for the next three months. The pool I got was less than 3’ in diameter. It’s basically a big water bowl! I’m soooo frustrated with this company.

I purchased both the body clippers and the paw clippers on May 6th. The paw clippers did arrive but did not look anything like the ad video and only worked for 30 seconds before stopping completely and never recovering. The tracking on the body clippers shows they were shipped in a timely manner, but then went to Korea for over two weeks. From there, they went to San Francisco, then San Jose. They then went to Brisbane, California where they have idled since June 18th. Although I believe they will eventually arrive, I do not hold out great hope of them actually being what was advertised, based on the quality of the paw clippers. I am very disappointed.

I ordered the Paw Pool on April 28th, 2020 because the ad showed that there was fast shipping from California. Well, I am in California and still have not received the Paw Pool. I have emailed them asking for a refund, which they are denying because it has been shipped. I don't believe they ever intended on delivering the Paw Pool! I just noticed on June 27, 2020 the item was in the town I live in per the tracking number. Now, it is in a state 1000 miles from me. This is one UNHAPPY customer!

Ordered an Xtra large dog pool. Was supposed to be for large breeds, and I was hoping my 7 year old daughter could use it too. Much much smaller than advertised, and the drain plug was advertised as being on the side it is on the bottom and not the quality that is advertised.

Pool was not at all what was advertised. Much much smaller. Drain plug is not on the side, but awkwardly placed on the bottom. But the largest size that was supposed to be for large breeds and was hoping my 7 year old daughter could use it.

I ordered pet clippers and never received them. Spent $30.14. I don't expect to see them or recoup my money. SWINDLED! HOODBLINKED! HORNSWAGGLED! I have learned from this careless mistake. Going forward, I will research online retailers to make certain they are legit. I very much hope that Veravolo will one day get its well deserved come-uppance, the unscrupulous crooks...

On the 25th of April I ordered the pet clippers. I have spent the past few months emailing someone back and forth for non receipt of the product. I received a product on today that is clearly not pet clippers. I am very upset and will be disputing this with my credit card company and going to the US Attorney General based on the reading of other complaints. I sent email and the return was not in English.

Bought clippers from them never got them they said it was delivered. Checked the tracking not even close to my area where it was the delivery. I opened up a case with PayPal to get my money back. I have my invoice and the tracking info better rule in my favor.

I ordered a dog pool on May 4. Got the order number, got a tracking number. As of June 19th, it is now June 27, the tracking number puts my package in North Highlands, "picked up and processed by agent". What does that mean? Who has my pool? I want it before summer is over with.
