I ordered a dog clipper kit for grooming my dog The charge was $30.88 that appeared on my bank statement today 5/26/20. the charge was applied 04/22/20. but I have nor received the kit. Please help me.

In mid April, I ordered the quiet dog clippers advertized on Facebook.received shipping order but unable to track it. Stated chipped from China. Money withdrawn from my account, however I have not received the product.

Yes! Same here! Mine is stuck in Korea. Was supposed to get it7-12 days. Ordered it April 13th

I ordered dog clippers over a month age and have received nothing. I contacted [email protected] and was told that the order us on the way. Looking at the tracking number it appears to be stuck at airport in LA for a week.
Lesson learned, I will never order anything from them again.

Never received. Asked for a refund and get no response. Payed through PayPal. Do I have any recourse?

Low noise clippers,nail grinder, clippers for trimming around paws,eyes,ears,face,rump.veravolo charged my account 65.98 on April 18,2020. Sent a bogus tracking number on April 25 I am so disappointed because I am on a fixed income and can’t afford to give money away.They preyed upon the fact that you are unable and to get your dog groomed.I have reported them to my bank and waiting for their investigation.

Ordered low noise pet clippers about six weeks ago and still haven’t received them. I have sent numerous emails and I get the same run around_be patient. I checked with Fed Ex and they stated they never received the package for shipment. If anyone is considering buying from this company, PLEASE DONT! I think they are a scam!

Ordered pet clippers over a month and have not received them over a month ago, still have not received them. Also have not been able to contact.

I purchased an XL dog pool for $59.23 on April 25, 2020. I paid a little extra to get it shipped 7 to 12 days. On May 15, 2020 I emailed them and got a reply the same day apologizing for the delay. They provided me with a tracking website, but when I entered my order number, it stated the number was not found. I have four big dogs that need this pool to keep them cool in the high humidity where I live. I just sent them a second message asking them what is going on. I think after reading the above, I will threaten to cancel. I should have just ordered off of Amazon or Chewy and paid more. I found the advertisement on Facebook. GRRRRR

I ordered a noise pet clipper on April 19-2020 for received on 12 or 15 days . I've not received today is May 18 I ready call my bank for cancel the transaction but is terrible that plays with a customers I try to contact them but not respond my order is 200420101230172 I received a Tracking # 36698602747 but any company Fedex, UPS Amazon and USPS not have this tracking Number

I ordered the quiet clippers on april8th was notified they were shipped would be in 7 to 9 days still have not received. I have contacted them 3 times and have not heard anything back from them. I know I've been scammed.

Same thing happened to me. I think we need to blast FB for allowing this kind of promotions and advertising.

I purchased low noise pet hair clippers from a facebook post (where this company's name of Veravolo was not listed until I got to the payment page) on 4/1/20 for $33.38. My card was charged that same day. On 4/13/20, I received an email from Veravolo saying my product was on its way, along with a tracking number. The tracking number was legit, and a label was created for it, however nothing ever happened after that, and that tracking number is now invalid because of no activity after the label was created. I replied to that email 3 times (on 4/13/20, 4/21/20, and 5/6/20) asking for the shipping status and where my product was. The only response I received was on 4/26/20 from "Aria (JH)" at [email protected] saying my product had been shipped and to allow 15-25 days from the shipping date for arrival. Once that time frame passed and the tracking number indicated the product still hadn't been shipped, I emailed the company telling them to refund my money. I received no response nor refund.

I ordered my clippers at the end of April they took money and still haven’t recovered the clippers. I will call the credit card and file a complaint!

I also ordered the dog grooming set for around $65.00. The order has been charged to my cc a month ago, but my order has not been shipped. Please help

I don't even know what to say after reading all of this. I purchased the quiet noise nail clippers from this company and was charged $30.14. Within an hour I decided to cancel my order because I found the clippers plus a full set for about $10 more. I contacted them and received an email from Piggy asking why I wanted to cancel. I responded to let them know and didn't hear back. That was yesterday. I assumed my order was cancelled until I woke up this am to an email stating my order had been shipped. I responded telling them that I cancelled the order and have not heard anything as of yet. Something in my gut said scam but I didn't want to believe it. I decided to do a Google search to call customer service and found this page upon my search. There has to be something that can be done to set these people straight.

When my reply to this company, from three days ago, was not answered, I said that I was going to call my bank and cancel. I immediately got a message from Piggy, the Intelligent assistant. I replied that they have given me absolutely no reason to trust them when my order number, when using their tracking system, was not found. I also told them that it appears they have scammed others so why should I believe anything they tell me.

My account was debited on 4,13,2020 for $64.44 dollars for dog grooming shavers and nail trimmers. I still have not received any response after three emails to them. There is no phone number listed to call which worries me. I got one response to my first email which said please be patient. I still have not received any other communication. I am wondering if this is a legitimate company. At this point I'm not sure. Mary M Bailey

There has to be something that can be done to stop them.

Veravolo advertises on Facebook and take you money but don't give you the product. It's been a month. apparently it's in Korea.

I was also scammed by this company (using the word company loosely). I spent in excess of 60.00 for all three...got an email, saying my order was on the way. I feel so stupid for falling for these scams. Any addresses offered are worthless and do not exist. I wish we had some recourse to fight these people (animals). There are a couple more out there I am dealing with. Dumb as a stump in Kansas.

I too have ordered from this company I’ve sent numerous messages & they keep telling me to be patient. After reading all of these posts I’m really upset because I’m out $65 for all 3 I’m so disappointed but I believe I’ve been scammed too. This is so sad my order says it’s sitting in Inglewood CA & has been since April12, I ordered on April 4th. I’ve never had this happen to me online before these people have really lost my trust in online shopping.

In a time of Pandemic, when most of business are shut down and people are asked to stay home, there is still [censored] like Veravolo that find a way to still money from honest people... SHAME ON YOU...

I just checked my credit card and see I was charged 32.14 for the clippers on 4/10/2020 I am still hoping to receive them. if not I will go to my credit card company and see what I can do. I was scammed by another company with another credit card and my company called and asked if I made a purchase from them and I said no and they canceled my credit card and sent me a new one and now on my new one, this is happening boy my company going to love me for letting this happen again. another new card.
