Verisol Inc submitted bills to my health insurance company for medical equipment (spinal braces, knee braces,glucose monitoring device and monthly supplies) that were not purchased, requested, prescribed

or needed. Verisol Inc submitted bills for monthly expenses beginning in August 2025 thru Dec 2025, totaling nearly $15,000. My explanation of benefits for January 2026 listed the claims and indicated that they were all denied and that there was "Evidence that services have been misrepresented". While confirming that these were indeed fraudulent claims with my health insurance company, the insurance company asked if I had purchased a glucose monitoring device from Verisol Inc in January 2026. I told them no, I've not had any interactions with this company and do not have diabetes. All of these claims are fraudulent.
