I ordered (3) 14k gold necklaces from VioleGrace.com and received very cheap, almost neon yellow pieces in return. This jewelry company advertises 100% risk free and 30 day money back guarantee. Their website advises you email [email protected] with your order number to ask for a refund. After sending 5+ emails (first one 12/29/25) I still haven't received a full refund for the $90 I paid. I haven't been able to find a phone number to call. I highly advise not doing business with Viole Grace.
