Not personalized like they claim and not worth the money. Also, note the fake reviews on their website. I searched for them and you can barely find any on the net.

Being able to set basic daily tasks that are doable and eventually achieving them excites me.

They are a result of the continuous efforts to practice all that has been sent by your team, to my mail.

They are unique, exhilarating and fantastic, because procrastination is a major problem that I have and for you to have met my need through the mails"

The structured daily emails and practical tips are detailed for me and practicable. I loved the consistency in emails sent and they are a great daily reminder to stay on track. I love the tips usually sent too, they help me to keep pushing myself to doing my tasks and completing them without any default. I really appreciate the daily development, nice, slow working approach which is not overwhelming and if there's anything I think thrills me more, it is how consistent, simple, light toned the messages are.

For me, I would prefer a Monday to Friday email while the weekend can be used to catch up with missed content or practice and process every information that may have been passed across. Even though the information is very short and concise, they still are informative and edifying alongside the exercises which, though short, have a significant impact within that sphere.

I've enjoyed receiving the mails and worksheets that actively keep me focused on overcoming procrastination. The daily coaching and nuggets dropped also helps me to better organize my mind and tasks efficiently. I like that it's given daily in short assignments to avoid us, the audience, getting overwhelmed. By the way, I like that there are a variety of strategies and other ideas explored over the course of the program.

It's really helped me to stay consistent with the product itself and introduced some great tactics into my life through the exercises and assignments. They have been of great help to me as they serve as a motivating factor to uncover some hidden gifts and talents in me. I like the daily emails and daily tasks, they do help me to monitor how I spend my time and effectively evaluate what I'm doing.

Ease of understanding and able to be tied into everyday concepts and events. From the clarity of information provided, to documents shared, the shame/blame free approach, The explanations of the why we procrastinate and practical steps on how to end procrastination were really top notch. The mails too provide insights into the thought processes behind procrastination with very practical steps that have helped me to become more self-aware

The task of overcoming procrastination itself has been gradually overcome. At least, I am getting a hang of how to suppress the pressure I find myself under and I am finally facing the ""dragon"" heads on, with a mindset of defeating it.

It feels good with me especially, because the daily emails come with actionable steps that can be modelled after, the progress tracker being useful to hold myself accountable for any step that I take every day with the daily assignments which help me to discover more about the bad habit and how to correct it.

I really enjoy the bite size lessons and how they build upon each other. I think all of the psychological aspects that are being taught are spot on and very helpful. I love the worksheets that help me see how my thoughts are hindering me. I also really find the emails encouraging and very helpful in this journey of becoming a doer.

It helps me to garner specific steps to do my tasks each day. Just wish I could have started it over when I missed 14 days in a row but due to things out of my control, I couldn't meet up.

his has been a thorough and confrontational (in a positive way) examination of my productivity level.

The daily bits are easily digestible. No guilt, no drama! It's been respectfully handled so I'm less resistant to the instructions i get on becoming more productive and not procrstinate as usual.

Even though I have missed some cogent points due to my busy schedules, I have found a way to still catch up.

At least, I'm getting there gradually.

Yet, I like the simple format of the daily emails.

The processes therein are very easy to follow and they have made me feel positive, as I make daily progress towards meeting my goals.

Enjoyed the daily emails with information in that can be easily absorbed, as well as tasks that don't take up too much time. For the downloads I would've liked to be able to download them all at once instead of per day.

I enjoy learning about the subject matter and doing all the activities. The experience has been enjoyable and I feel like the simple and quick tasks every day are all helpful. The aesthetic of the program is great as well.

Loving the breakdown of procrastination causes that have helped me identify some of my triggers and how I respond to them, so I can effectively work to improve them and break the procrastination cycle. It's great!

It's given me a lot of education and insight into myself. I've been able to identify some of my triggers and bad habits. I like the daily emails, manageable tasks, and step by step nature of this program. It is actually working for me.

I like the variety of exercises and methods. It doesnt just say hey do this one thing, it gives different ways to overcome or plan so you can try and pick which suits you the best. Also exposure to outside resources is amazing. On some days im getting 2 emails instead of 1 though. However, the short exercises that ive been assigned have been helping with my progress to overcome procrastination

I like the daily messages and content. I also appreciate that the exercises or ""assignments"" for each day are not terribly time-consuming.

Crucial for those of us with time-management issues to begin with! Consistent emails help me to stay accountable. I like the short excersizes, make it doable without adding to my already overwhelmed to do list. Printables are really fun and encourage me to do the writings.

The daily emails are very helpful to build a new habit. The information is very good and the worksheets have helped me break apart some of my procrastination processes. My only "complaint" if you can even call it that is I have noticed some of the text is getting a little repetitive, but that's ok because it's easy to forget important details. There were certain features that I know to be useful and appreciated being integrated, maybe one that was new to me. The tone of the messages is supportive - but I think the length is difficult for daily intake considering our busy lives.

Great program, definitely not a scam!

I like how everything is broken down in very manageable parts.

As a procrastinator, if something seems too hard I will not do it and will procrastinate so this program is very easily managed in a way that lets you go at your own pace while making progress and fixing actual habits.

Through this process you find out why you do it so that you can change for the better! I've enjoyed that it holds me accountable each day (shows up in my inbox every morning and reminds me of my goal) and that it gives me the tools to track my progress every single day so I can see where I'm making strides and where I might need to refocus or readjust.

+3

The emails everyday have been helpful. They've helped me tackle certain aspects of procrastination that have dragged me down in the past.
