I placed an order on July 8th. I reached out to confirm the update on the order as it no update correspondence. As it appeared my order was going to be delayed and was not processed as of yet was hoping to close the order. The chat and email service said no refunds. I confirmed from their website that only "processed orders could not be cancelled" My order had not processed or in that matter been updated. When I brought this up to the chat representative they closed the chat and I guess my IP was blocked as the chat feature was removed. When I used my mobile device to receive confirmation of a delivery date at least I was blocked again. At this point I will dispute the charge to see if I can get the money back somehow.

I first ordered on March 5,2019... it took about a day for them to charge me. I spend $63.94 and supposedly saved money, which now I know was a lie. It’s now April 29th and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve contacted them once by email and twice by InstaGram. Unfortunately I didn’t screen shot the conversation I had with someone from their page. I was told to provide my order number and then sent me the same message as in the email I received. The second time I contacted them I demanded answers and I was told I could ordered a different color of waist trainer but that they couldn’t give me a delivery date or estimate of how much longer I would have to wait. And lastly I was going to contact them again on Instagram and I realized they blocked me. I know they’re still advertising on Instagram and continues to take people’s money and commit fraud. PLEASE DONT BY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered products from them almost three months ago. Have sent in numerous emails regarding my order and when it will be shipped out. I keep getting the same response :

'We sincerely apologize for this delay with your order. Unfortunately we are currently experiencing delays with our shipment and orders are being delays. Once we have receive shipment your order will be ship priority. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause , our management team is working on getting this resolve as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience.'

Their website shows that the products ordered were available and in stock at the time. My money was taken right away, and I still have NO product.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered, as I am not the only person who has had this problem. However, this company should NOT be in business if all they are doing is stealing money from people. I will be putting a request in with my bank to have the money refunded to me, as 'waistshaperz' will not refund or cancel my order. This is a SCAM. Something needs to be done.

Twice this business took my money without sending me any product. A couple of years ago they never sent me anything. This time I used pay pal and in order to not have any issue with pay pal they sent one of the three items I ordered which wasn't even right to have a tracking number to send to pay pal to fight their case that they did send me the items. I contacted them for months with no response about my missing items. They are crooks. These products are not cheep either, they are each at least 90 dollars. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Four issues

1. I ordered products according to size measurements provided. When I received the partial order, the items were a child size and not as advertised/. promised. This item is not of any use

2. A partial order was delivered and I was told the other items were not in inventory and they did not provide when they would be available

3. False advertising on the website, they express orders sent out in 7-10 days from New York. They do not indicate they do not have/ stock the item you have ordered.

4. I have been told I can send in for a refund, but I am still waiting for my items so I can send them all back, and by the time I ever get the outstanding items it will be past the 30 days I got the original partial order (the wrong size/ advertised items)

i have bought from this website before and they were able to fulfill my order promptly. due to my previous experience, i have made an even bigger purchase this time round as they have an ongoing buy 1 free 1 offer promotion going on on their instagram account. they seemed to be endorsed by quite a few instagram influencers. however, my order that was placed on 11 june 2018 has yet to be fulfilled. when contacting them on 3 occasions, their excuse is that their stock is not in yet. any tentative timeline provided on when the stocks will be in has passed and they keep delaying. they did not indicate anywhere at the time of purchasing that the items are out of stock or preorders. you can go to their website even now for the same items and it will show that the items are in stock. they seem to just not respond to the fact that i have requested for a refund since the items has not been fulfilled. i believe they use shopify and processing a refund through shopify is just a click away. please help to get my money back as it is a big sum and please shut down this website before more people lose their hard earned money

I ordered from waistshaperz.com a size M and automatically recieved a free xsmall waistshaper and when I received my order it only came with the xsmall shaped. I emailed them and called them a couple of times and no response. I was actually on the phone for 45 minutes 2 times and no answer until I emailed them telling them I was going to report them and that I thought they were a scam. Then I received an email saying that they were sorry and I would recieve my order once their shipment came in? I never received anything. The same thing happened to my neighbor and I did research on them and others have the same exact complaint.

I placed an order with the company for 4 items at the end of April and have only received one of the 4 items. Since my purchase a representative keeps telling me their shipment will be in at the end of each week & orders will be sent out the following week. As advertised on their website, orders are processed within 7-10 business days. It's been almost a month & all I've received is one item & the promise of the rest next week. I have also noticed on their social media pages that the wait time can be longer & this is a common problem with the company. I have requested a refund for my purchase & am more than happy to return the ONLY item I received from them. However they have an all sales final policy to avoid from returning any money they steal from you. This company is a scam & they should be shut down for what they're doing. They lure you in with false advertisement, take your hard earned money & don't give you anything for it except the run around.

You will buy this product form a nicely convincing website, they might even get you a buy one get one free type of deal .. and you’ll even pay for shipment - and once bought they’ll say it’ll be shipped wirh 7 to 10 days.

Except it won’t .

And you’ll try to contact them and all you’ll be talking to is robots repeating sorry for the inconvenience caused, by the way no refunds or cancellations. It was written apparently somewhere on the website - it doesn’t matter that they never delivered, it doesn’t matter that you point out they lied in the invoice and you paid shipment for something that was never shipped -

And that is how you’re scammed into buying something - that might or might not arrive.

And apparently if they do arrive, their actually too small.

So do yourself a favor - just don’t .

I placed my order through their website. They immediately took the money from my account. I received an email from them with an order number, saying it would be 7 to 10 business days. That was March 14, today is May 2. I emailed them numerous times, always getting the same answer, that due to customs, things are a week behind. So I tried again and again week after week only to find that I’ve now been blocked from the site and cannot send messages or emails. I’ve tried to call the number listed on their website, it rings forever. Do not buy anything from this company. You will lose money and time, and sanity!!
