They took my money never sent the product it’s been a month since and any attempt to get the money back you can’t get them on the phone they have blocked me and won’t answer my emails phone calls or messages and not available for chat box

After seeing an ad numerous times on Facebook and instagram for waistshaper, I decided to place an order especially since they claimed speedy shipping and there weren't negative comments. On Feb. 15, I placed the order and since the facebook add claimed next day shipping I followed up with them the following week since I didn't receive the shipment confirmation. The follow up was done Feb. 27 to be exact. On that day I was told that marketing was trying to correct the ads and that shipping took 10 days. It is now March 12 and my item has not shipped. I contacted them today and they told me there shipment was stuck in customs. I asked them to cancel my order since its been so long and to kindly refund my money and they refused stating all sales were final. I explained that since I never received the items I didn't believe that policy applied. She refused again. Below is the except off there page directly.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders (international and domestic) take 8-12 business days (Monday- Friday) to process. After processing, orders are immediately shipped out priority. Please be advised if you are ordering a sale item processing may take longer.

How do i know what size to order?

We advise our customers to order their actual t-shirt size. If you find that you are in between sizes please go with the larger size. You can also check out our size guide by clicking here.

Return Policy?

We do not offer refunds due to sanitary reasons because shapewear is considered as under garments.

This company took money and accepted an order for items they do not actually have available. Then when I tried to ask for the third time where my order is after purchasing two weeks ago, I was met with totally out of line rude responses from Jenny. She said that they have a high demand so they do not have the products because of “so many orders.” So I asked for a refund since they don’t have the product I ordered and took my money under false advertisement and she refused to give it back. Buyer beware!! This company is a SCAM! It needs to be investigated for fraudulent activity and I will be reporting this charge as fraudulent as well.

I purchased items on 11/27. I was sent an email at that time stating it would ship in 5-7 business days. I had to contact them initially after the order to make sure shipping method. At that time, they said USPS, so I gave them my po box. It took me contacting them three times after the seven day window to get my order "shipped". I have two tracking numbers that say shipped on the 9th. A full 12 days after the order was placed. I have been patient, but it's been over a month since the order. On top of that one of the tracking numbers has never left their facility yet. The other has been saying the same thing- it's on its way- for the rest of the time... it hasn't moved. I called the 800 number and the customer service tech was super rude. She wouldn't let me talk, yelled over me, didn't care what inhad to say, wouldn't let me speak to her manager. Unbelievable. I asked for my money back and she smugly replied that I would have to call back in 3 days. What for? This smells like a scam and I paid almost $80 for my items. I want my money back.

I ordered items and never received them. The site has a all sales final policy and uses this to give you a store credit yet you never receive any item. It has been over a month now.

Ordered products from the company in November 2016 and a product was to be shipped separately. I was told it would ship the following week. A month and a half later, I've been emailing to be told it was scheduled to ship. Then I emailed and got no response several times. Finally called the company and was told it was all shipped in one package and was yelled at and hung up on.

Horrible quality of product and the will not refund money. The product advertised is not what was provided, then they won't refund money. Scam. Promoted by Facebook.

The place is fraud. when you place an order they have an option to pay extra to receive your merchandise within 1-3 day but the free mailing option delivery days is from 7-10 days. I placed an order on 12/7/16 as a rush and paid the 12.98 extra for the 1-3 day delivery. It is currently 12-19-16 and I still don't have my merchandise. I also called the "toll free" number of (888)-464-6238 its only a machine who say she will transfer you and comes back to say leave a message no one is available. also email the site [email protected] and no response. I even tried the so called "Live Chat" good luck you're only talking to yourself. This place is a scam and a fraud. They trick you to order and take your money. Thank goodness I used a credit card and not a debit and will be disputing this fee as fraud.
