WaveMax Facebook Scam Reports & Reviews (1)

- Columbia, KY, USA

I had looked at the facebook ad. The ad said the antenna was 17.00. I initially added my PayPal , but then did not enter the one time code and did not complete the order because I decided I did not need this. Then I received an email stating the antenna was on its way. Paypal had deducted $203.00 from my bank account. This caused me to have a $120 dollars in over draft charges. I live on fixed income.

I called the bank, then notified Pay pal. Paypal said it was authorized. I did not order anything.! What I looked at and considered was $17.00 not 203.00 I called Wave Max. they said they could not cancel as it had shipped already. I received a package, but have not opened it. I called Support for return instructions. They told me they would send me an email with instructions. Instead I received an offer to keep the product and get 60 or 70 refunded. Not an option. I don't want the product. Then Support said they would send me an email with directions. However what I received was an email to complete a survey then contact them. I did the survey and told how upset I am over something I did not authorize. Then called Support again. I was told Support was for numerous companies. The only way to get a refund is by email.Support said they will have to contact WaveMax for to send an email for me to respond . i still have not gotten an email and no means to contact for refund. I have made numerous calls without any explanations. Please help me. I do not have an address or other contact information.
