I ordered one packet of sleep patches from Wellamoon for an overseas flight for $17.65. As I tried to place the order, other offers kept popping up, all of which I clicked "no". Seconds later I received the confirmation with a total of $81.65. I immediately went back to order page and told them I did not order the extra items to which they said I was too late as the order was processed for shipping and on its way. Seconds later? Now I am awaiting the charges to show on my credit card so I can contact my bank and cancel the charge. Unfortunately, I reviewed the complaints here after the fact. This company has no interest in running a reputable business. They are running a scam.

I saw their ad on social media claiming to help with insomnia with these patches first, I ordered one box they tried to scam me and wanted to charge me for five boxes. They actually gave me a partial refund now I’ve waited for this product since December their excuse was it was undeliverable Every time I attempt to ask about a refund all they do is send me information about how to track my order and the funny thing is I no longer see their ads on social media like they scammed enough people out of their money and they just disappeared. I still have no product or no refund nothing but excuses

Welamoon adds items that you didn't order to your order and does not give refunds ...they are criminals ...do not buy their products and never order anything from Wellamoon or any sites that sell Wellamoon products
My product never got delivered and they never gave me credit for the items i tried to order

Ordered sleep patches on WELLAMOON website through Facebook ad. Tried to cancel within minutes no number to call. Requested to cancel order within minutes through online form. Replied back to me that it was too late as already packaged and mailed within hours! This is such a scam. They should have a number to call and ability to cancel within such a short time frame.

Order was placed for one patch. Was charged for other items that was not ordered, Received five packages of the patch and pillow spray. We tried ten mintues after the order was placed to cancel

I purchased 1 box of sleep patches. When I hit the pay button I noticed that I was charged for a bottle of pillow spray which I did not order. I immediately called Paypal but was told it's too late it's already been charged and I should contact the company. Only an email address was given. I sent an email within the first hour of purchase. i received a response saying that I should respond to the email they just sent me in order to verify the purchase. i did that only to receive another email from them saying its too late it has already been shipped.

I also noticed that this was a subscription which I hadn't noticed. Had i not been looking on Paypal for help, I would have missed the fact that it was going to be coming every month. Fortunately I cancelled the subscription but we will see if they send it anyways.

Ordered 1 but got 3. Charged for 3 ($114.00). Shipped all 3 back and after several attempts No Refund. I'm out $114.00 with no hope of seeing hard-earned money. WELLAMOON SUCKS

I ordered one box of Wellamoon sleep patches. By the time the order completed, they had included, without my consent, four more packages of sleep patches and two packages of sleep inducing tea. What was supposed to be 30 some dollars turned out to be over 100. As soon as the order had gone through and I saw what they had done, I tried to cancel the order and they said it was too late, that it had already been sent.

When I saw one of their ads again, I made a comment in the comment section regarding what it happened to me. I have since had over 85 replies to my post, and continue to get two or three a day, by people who had similar experiences.

The scenarios are always the same. They ordered some thing and the order got added onto by the company. They tried to cancel the order immediately, and were told it was too late, the order had already been shipped.

Some of the people had gotten some of their money back, but others had not. I got half of my money back, but that still had me paying for more then what I ordered. I was told just to keep what they sent (even though I didn’t want it) and share it with others. To add insult to injury, neither the patches nor the tea worked for either my husband or me.

WELLAMOON has scammed several dozen people so far. They advertise sleep patches (a box of 28 patches) for $17. When you order, they charge you for multiple boxes (I was charged $95). Several dozen people posted the same scam). When I attempted to cancel the order when it hit my credit card, they said it already shipped, which was a lie, as no product was received.

This scam is offered through the "Facebook Reels" and offers a button to take you to their page. At first glace, the product seems legit. I wanted to try the smaller amount offered and chose their (2 boxes of Sleep Patches @ 28.85. At checkout, when I hit the complete transaction through my Paypay, the total showed an additional (4 boxes added of (4 more boxes of Sleep Patches - Discounted @ $39.80) which I did not approve nor request it be added. This scam is built into their checkout system. I tried to cancel right then, but it would not allow me to do so. I emailed them right away, and 3 days later they sent an email reply that the order had been shipped and they were unable to cancel the order. I told them in another email that I would be returning the product and would like a refund. Paypal would not support the request to terminate their transaction as well as all of my request emails to Wellamoon which is under the business name Comify Limited IAT. This business has multiple locations and address. Buyers beware of this scam. I'm posting this warning before my thirty days to return the product and they still will not answer my request.

This company adds charges to your order that are unauthorized, AFTER you've provided payment information. This also signs you up for a recurring payment to them without authorization. They then refuse to cancel or modify your order, and lie about the recurring charges.

They also say it's risk free to order, but refuse to issue an rma for return, and insist that you pay return shipping for items you didn't order that they charged you for.

I wish i had seen the hundreds of reviews detailing this same scenario, prior to trying to order from them.

I was online and got a pop ad for Wellamoon. They said they had a non-chemical patch when applied cured insomnia. All my life I have had problems sleeping, so I found their ad interesting and convincing. I started to purchase the product at a reduced price, however my security app kicked in warning me of the possibility that this company was not legit, so I deleted the info I had given them, (name and address only), but within a couple of hours my bank sent me NINE security breach attempts. I contacted my bank, reported it, closed the account , and opened a new one. Thankfully I didn’t lose any money. However, I was quite shaken up. This was my first experience with fraud and the speed and veracity of the attempts was very frightening.

Wellamoon offered Sleep Patches for $11/pckg however once you placed the order they automatically charged me for other products that i did not authorize, totaling $123. I contacted them immediatly and they told me the product was already sent and nothing could be done. when i received notification that the product was at the post office there was also a charge on it to pick it up from customs. i did not have the funds to take the product so i refused it and had it returned. the product has been received by the company however i am still fighting with them to reimburse me. they are saying i didnt follow their return policy. If they had followed my ordering instructions for the purchase of 2 pkgs of sleep patches i would not have had to return the package in the first place. i need someone to intervene so i may get my monies back.

My order was on Feb 19,2024 order number ************* and my complaint number with them was ****** . please help.

Subscription service for sleep aid patches worn at night. Monthly subscription after initial purchase. The product did not work for me so I attempted to cancel the product subscription. I sent an email to cancel the subscription and was sent an email in reply indicating that my subscription had been successfully cancelled and that no further orders would be processed. However, two more attempts have been made to withdrawal funds from my account by Wellamoon. There is no "in person" contact by phone, they only communicate by email.

I went on their site and ordered what I thought was only 1 package of their product. However, it shows up as my having ordered 5 packages. I thought that odd, but OK, I'll acquiesce. So, I got the order and tried the product, and when it didn't work as promised, I emailed them and contacted them via their website. Been doing this since October 28th. No one responds. Then PayPal notified me that I was set up to pay Wellamoon with automatic monthly payments! I did not authorize that! Their home page says "100% satisfaction, 30 days guarantee," but when you click on "Return My Order," it says only orders received within 14 days are eligible for return." I'm afraid if I spend $ to send this back, I won't see a refund. They are evasive and non-communicative. I read on TrustPilot that they have done this same thing to lots of other consumers.

Received product but it doesn't work. Initial order was for one pack, somehow they bumped it up to 5. Tried to return it and received an email saying they received my request, will contact in 24 hours. Nothing for a week. They are using several names: Wellamoon, getbandoo, and return address label is ALDIBRIS.
