I went to Walmart to make a mortgage made payment. I wanted to go fast so I sent it through Western Union. I told the cashier that it was a code that was needed to be used by my mortgage company to receive the payment but, I was told by the cashier she could send it through bill pay and it would go to my mortgage company. Well, it did not. I have sent my payment of $2200 by 3/6/26 today is 4/2/26 and they still have not received it. My mortgage is in delinquent. Western Union said my payment is at the mortgage center and I contacted them they don't have the payment.

I was going to be receiving a Western Union, so I didn't think it was fake. When I went to go get it, I called that number to get the MTCN.

I typed in my social security number on the phone with them.... Then they sent me this text from the phone number

+19493444784 :

Your MTCN is 6828473864 Use is.gd/7coDtT for pick-up

I noticed the date and the 3shor.com, and messaged my friend and asked if they sent me a Western Union. They had not yet and told me it might be a scam.

I did not enter my SSN online, but I did over the phone to get the MTCN.

The phone message said we were randomly selected as this months winner of $20,000,000.00, in Denver, Colorado’s Western Union’s Sweepstakes &Lottery It is a certified prize approved by the Federal Trade Commission and the US Government. We were to call Arthur Lewis at 702-344-1058 with the code,9071US.

On 4/20/18 person with an middle eastern or Indian accent called saying they were from FedEx and asked for me. My secretary told them I was at lunch and they were getting very angry and kept trying to make her say "yes" she finally did say yes and they immediately hung up. We got another call with the same number on 4/23/18 and they said they were from Western Union and they asked for me again. She told them I was at lunch again and they kept asking questions and she said "Yes she is at lunch." and they immediately hung up. My secretary didn't realize it was a scam trying to make her say yes and recording it.

Received an email stating I would be able to recover money lost thru scams sent by Western Union. Sent $310.00 to the person for fees and he sent another email stating he needed $750.00 more for some kind of fees. I didn’t send it and he keeps sending emails but the amount is now only $200.00. This is for an AT&T debit card with $250,000.00 on it. I just want this scam stopped and the person caught.

I received a message on my Hangouts app on my phone from a man claiming to be a Western Union manager he stated that I have a Western Union money transfer in the amount of 15000 dollars that is in my name for me to pick up I was told it's compensation for scams that I have multiple transfers to pick up. Told I don't have to pay anything that injust have to pick up my money. I wanna know if this is true or not!?

that he won money from a lottery and that it was a scam so they wanted to pay him his money but we had to send 65.00 dollars to him to release it so we did and then he wanted us to send 350.00 more

An employee showed me two text messages from western union.com saying that her money arrived. use the 8 digit code and go to the link provided to collect. I called western union and reported this action. They were aware of it and were taking measures to stop it. I notified local authorities and local news media. The news station put out the scam alert on the evening news. DO NOT OPEN THAT LINK.
