I placed an order for women’s clothing from women outlet.com and never received the merchandise. Package tracking information from company stated pkg was delivered. Contacted company and they suggested I contact neighbors and local post office in search. They promised to check with their logistics department to confirm package status.

I did check as suggested and package was not left at neighbor or delivered to local post office. The company has stopped responding to my email inquiries regarding the location of package or request for refund/replacement.

Reporting company for fraudulent business practices.
