I WAS ON FACEBOOK ADVERTISEMENT FOR JC PENNY SALES, I PLACED 2 ORDERS PAID WITH CREDIT CARD. THEY SENT ME EMAILS ON BOTH ORDERS SAID THEY WILL BE DELIVERED BE PATIENT GAVE ME TRACKING NUMBER I KEPT CHECKING. FOUR WEEKS LATER IT SHOWED UP IN MY CITY AND STATE SO I FIGURED I WOULD RECEIVE IT SOON (CAME FROM CHINA). THEY SENT EMAIL IT WAS DELIVERED I MESSAGED THEM SAID NOTHING THEY CAN DO IT WAS DELIVERED. I ASKED QUESTIONS WHERE DID THEY DELIVER IT, WHAT CARRIER AND NOT RESPONSE. MANY MESSAGES BACK AND FORTH THEY SAID COULDN'T GIVE ME REFUND OR THEY WOULD CHARGE ME FOR SHIPPING AND NOT FULL REFUND, AGAIN EMAILED BACK AND FORTH. I THOUGHT THIS WAS JCPENNY BUT NOW I'M FINDING OUT IT WASN'T SINCE I TALKED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT JCPENNY. THESE PEOPLE TOOK MY MONEY AND CHARGED ME SHIPPING ONLY WAY TO GET MY REFUND. I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. HORRIBLE!!! LAST EMAIL SAID THEY WERE GOING TO REVIEW MY ACCOUNT AGAIN AND DETERMINE IF I'D GET FULLL REFUND. OUTRAGEOUS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ONLINE. FACEBOOK SHOULD WATCH FOR THESE TYPE OF SCAMMERS!!!!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING FACEBOOK AS WELL!!

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for jcpenney during black friday. I got an email with a fake tracking number saying my order was delivered but i never ever recieved anything. The email mentioned the carriers used were international logistics, ups, and dhl.
