I saw their product on Facebook, and made a purchase of two items(1st image below), but I received what looks like parts to another product entirely,(2nd image below). The total costs was $53.16 paid on my PayPal account. I’m adding more text because your site suggested I do so, so I hope this helps.

I ordered a portable garment ironing machine I thought from Techakka, Inc. After 4 weeks, I received a cheap 24” laundry basket. Not even close to what was ordered. This was outrageous. See photos.
