I ordered a car cam and all the parts were not there the card that reads the recording was not there and the bracket to hold the camera was gone i have read all these complaints and it is so wrong for someone to be able to take someones money for nothing these people are walking around rich with the money they scammed us with well i hope they choke on there steak or lobster karma is a b[censored]...

I am also someone that ordered a battery operated hand held wood cutter and I received a wire with two key ring looking loop on either end of the wire. I am submitting this email to report a serious scam. The bad thing about it is I was charged for two of them.Please be ware of this scam. I am going to report them to the BBB for this scam.

I ordered a handsaw that was small and I could handle being a woman. On sale for 19.99 marked down from $50.00.Some people didn't even received the saw and a few got what they ordered, no problem. And I received my So-Called saw today! A cutting wire with 2 round metal circles! I warned that if I didn't get what I ordered, that there would Problems! This is a disgrace! I want my $ back!

I also had this happen to me! I am so ?! I also ordered 3 and got 3 keyrings with wire on them. These people need to be arrested. I hope I get my money back. I don't get extra money very often to spend and when I do I expect to get what I ordered! This will be the last time I order from this type of stuff!

I ordered what I thought was to be a chainsaw off my phone for $25.99 and I received an email stating it was being shipped and I got in the mail on Saturday it May 8th and it's a metal string like thing with two keychain rings on the end of it I reported this to PayPal because that's who I used to pay for it and they have refunded my money but I want to know what kind of action is going to be taken against these companies who are getting these ads put on commercials on the phone and you're they're taking your money and you're not getting what you're ordering. This thing is sharp and can probably cut a finger or somebody's head off with it if used it as a weapon what if some child ordered it the what they thought was a chainsaw and got this in the mail and hurt somebody or themselves something needs to be done about these companies.

Ditto experience. Ordered 3 of these and received 3 wires with key rings attached to ends. Same exact thing as is pictures here by everyone else. Facebook needs to REMOVE this scam and not allow this company to ever advertise on it again. Total SCAM. Out over $60. These people need to be stopped and held accountable!

Same as everyone else. I ordered a handheld chainsaw as well. What I got was a wire attached to 2 key rings. I was looking forward to trimming my bushes. I also paid over $27 for this thing and I got nothing pure garbage. I can’t even find where I ordered it. It was months ago. What Am I supposed to use this for?

my complaint is like everyone else's, I ordered the handheld chainsaws in april, and what I received was a piece of wire with 2 round finger holds on each end and I just don't think they should get away with taking innocent people for their hard earned money. They owe me for 4 of them. I don't know how to take a picture here but others have sent theirs and they're all the same. These people should have made plenty off this because they are still selling them on Facebook. It should be taken off before others have lost their money. If I can't make them pay me back I will chalk it up to lesson learned but it's ones like myself who thought they were getting something to help them with the work we aren't able to do anymore because it is older ones they prey on and this is shameful.
