I spent 49.00 on ea saw which resembled a small battery operated chainsaw and received 2 wires with rings on each end this is not right I want what I ordered or a full refund. The 2 I received are not suitable for anything but a twig in my opinion. With the medical problems I have there is no way I will be able to use these

Ordered a saw received same 2 rings with wire as everyone else. I ordered this using PayPal. Called them and filed a claim through their Automated System. Initially, the system said the refund was going to take up to 20 days. However, as soon as I was done filing the claim, I received a confirmation email stating I was refunded for the entire cost. Easy peasy. Good luck guys.

Complete scam as they offer one thing and send another and then first try to convince you that you ordered what was sent except they can't explain why everything says battery operated when clearly what is sent is not. Then want to offer a refund of only 25% or 50% of your as if they are doing you a favor by sending part of your money back request you return it to China when it was shipped from Los Angeles they will never recieve item so you will never get your money returned since that is contingent upon the return of the item they are stealing people's money and getting away with it.

Ordered a "Battery" operated saw got the finger saw you can buy from big five for 6 bucks then got a run around about a refund first as 25% offer then a 50% offer now I'll see how long my refund take I'm assuming it will be never. These companies need to be checked and stopped just ripping people off and never having to answer for anything this hurts the visble business's make people not trust buying on line it's a bunch of crap really

I've been waiting for my CHAINSAW for months now. Rec'd a wire with a ring on each end. Couldn't figure out what it was until I finally decided to go online and saw all these people who received the same thing. Unbelievable. I want my money back or my chainsaw. I'm calling the proper authorities. This is inexcusable. People who do this infuriate me. That is illegal and they should be held accountable.
