Do NOT Use this company or be ready and willing to accept what garbage they send you. I will be calling the better business bureau on them. I will get my money back !

After seeing an advertisement for a small handheld battery operated chainsaw on several different websites I decided to order one from Rosepro. Instead I received a chain with two keychains on either end. This website is such a scam. I'm going to contact my credit card company in the morning and see what the protocol is to try to get my money back.

Absolutely a scam. Ordered a small battery powered chainsaw and received a chain between two key chains that look a lot like a garaut. Stihl is a know vendor wonder if they know their name is being used as a SCAM by these people. Doubtful that anyone will ever get a refund on this piece of junk.

I just received a small package that I tracked online as the Battery charged handheld chainsaw that I ordered on 3/25/2021. Same as you guys. My mom ordered a small chainsaw and received the wire with the two rings. Which by the way folks, it's really actually a garrote. If you don't know what a garrote is, let me inform you. A garrote is a wire used specifically to murder someone from behind by wrapping the wire around someone's neck and pulling it until they are dead. By dead I mean pretty much partially decapitated. What a lovely gift to receive in the mail. She paid through paypal thankfully so a refund is guaranteed. In the meantime, now I'm thinking of attending some kind of assassin school or something. :-)
