It showed up in 6 X 6 inch package I did not open the plastic wrap it is a joke i guess

I will dispute with my credit card company and pay pal who is trying to handle this dispute.

I ordered a Countertop Ice Maker on August 30th and today September 8th all I received was an ice cube tray...A little over $30 for an ice cube tray, what the heck?!?!?!?
I will be asking Paypal for a refund and or my bank and should file fraud charges. Can't take a picture at this time.

We were scammed too! Ordered things from a Wayfair ad on FACEBOOK on Sept. 7th 2020. (10 pm). I was suspicious right away because the confirmation said it was from "bessie.shop". So I called Wayfair the next morning and they said they had NO orders from me.! I called Paypal and my bank immediately and told them this was a scam. Neither of them took proper care of this! And I have spent many hours on the phone with them since the 7th!

I also received two tiny foldable "crates" (about 4"x6") from this company instead of the patio furniture I ordered. Have also lost about $50 for bank charges and today had to close that bank account which I have had over 15 years! Have had my PAYPAL account about as long and will cancel that tomorrow.

I ordered a custom leather wallet. They sent me a "p-leather" wallet. I asked for a logo on the front of the wallet. they put my logo too high on the front of my wallet so that they could stamp their "baellery" name brand in the right corner of the wallet. But the baellery stamp was never included in the picture. Stay away.

This is a big big scam! this is the first time we ever order from this website my husband ordered a shoe rack from them and when we received the package it was nothing look like what they advertised and it was $41 for the shoe rack and we got something we have no idea what it's for I'm not sure why this website is still active and so much people get scammed from them they should get shut down right away.

I ordered an electronic ice machine and I got a plastic ice tray! THIS IS A SCAM. Currently working with PayPal to get a refund. I was so mad. I ordered it through an ad on Instagram. Do not fall for those ads. My bank account said the money was deducted from some "tea shop" in China but the plastic tray came from los Angeles.

So about a month ago I ordered a countertop ice maker machine. Today I got a package and I didn't know what it was. So I looked up the email that was on the posted card it came with. And to my surprise this pulled up. So I got an blue ice try not what I ordered at all. This needs to be put to a stop. And how do I get my money back for this?

Initiate a chargeback with your credit company. I had a similar experience, but I had ordered a cat water fountain and they sent a cheap plastic bowl instead. I also reported them for mail fraud as it was sent via USPS

I ordered an ice cube crusher and paid around $30. Today in the mail I received a very cheap, plastic ice cube tray. I didn't know at first where it came from until I looked up the company. I then saw many complaints about the exact same thing that has happened to me. Why can't something be done about this company?

Paid $32.97 for a nugget ice maker with built in water purifier. Received plastic ice tray instead. Sent emails to them on September 5th due to not received product. Ordered on August 28, 2021. Told 6 to 8 days for delivery. On September 18, 2021 I received an ice cube tray. I am not amused.

I ordered what was supposed to be a 5 tier rotating rack that would stand 36 inches tall in Black. I paid over 50 dollars for it. What came in the mail was 2 tiny green storage containers of some kind. I tried to email the two different email addresses received, one from the site I ordered from, one from the card that the product came with. No response, so I opened a claim with PayPal. The company offered half. I said NO, they owe me either a full refund or the product! The company said to return the wrong item to some invalid address they provided and I can get a full refund when their website states that: RETURNS: https://www.doubleiay.com/pages/refund-return Note: Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
So why should I pay to return the wrong item clearly sent! Paypal now telling me to get paperwork that shows an invalid address, hell Google can tell you that! So now I am stuck with not even half cause when I tried to tell Paypal the address was invalid they closed the case! So much for Paypal having your BACK! Oh but they told me I could pay to enroll in their protection for shipping that would cover up to 30 bucks, won't help with international shipping PAYPAL! These companies need to be SHUT DOWN! I have seen this same item sold under 5 different companies on FB and tried to leave bad reviews to warn others, and they delete my comments!
