Googled a cup I was looking for and clicked the first search result that came up. It claimed to be an American company called Diva Life. I used the SHOP app thinking it would protect me in the event of a fraud case. It does not. The seller claimed to have delivered my item twice but no item was received. The tracking was coming from Wuhan China. I asked for a refund, which they said was on the way. The site is now unavailable, can’t be accessed through a search engine or through the SHOP app.
