Ordered a waterproof jacket from comfyuk. Received it after over a month during which time I tried to cancel the order. The coat itself is fine but I no longer want it- in trying to return it I’ve had to send various photos to prove I have it and had endless emails trying to get the address to send it back to. This is their latest response: “If there is any problems with the product, we suggest you to keep it and use it.
Or you could give it to someone who needs it.’” This from a company advertised through Facebook

Update: I paid through PayPal who set up a claim for me. They have agreed to return it but I have to send it to China (their website states they are a uk based company) so I’m still disputing it. Good thing is PayPal have been really supportive and got them to agree to the refund really quickly. Hope this helps those in a similar situation

Ordered one of the puzzle work stations and received a 50p laptop stand that flips over when I put the laptop on it. Paid £19.99 plus shipping cost of £4.00 +.
Have sent email but no response. This company must be known to both Facebook and PayPal yet they continue to support these scammers. All down to money!

I ordered an electronic desk and got a plastic laptop stand! I called the mobile number provided but it's a voice mail with an email address to write to for any complaint. No reply yet. This is the address they are using in UK. 145-157 St John's Street, London, EC1V 4PW with this mobile number: 07482875871. Surely, the police must know about these people. They are registered with companies House. At least 6 companies with the same initials XBP.

Been scammed they advertised a treadmill I ordered it and before I could cancel they had taken my money and because I didn’t have a email confirmation with my order number on it I could only send them a copy of my bank transaction

I bought an mobility scooter, that folds up. It costs $38.00. It says 48 hours to deliver. I ordered it March 18, 2021, it is now April 30th. So I started investigating, and found there are multiple business, same address. One I looked at, same price, and ads for it. I tried to email them, no such email. The company name I bought it from is called (ckmallshop.com So I'm out $50.00 tax included. I don't have any photos, because I didn't get it.

Only reason I hadn't was I wanted to order through PayPal but it was not letting me do it so thats when I thought I bet this is a scam! They know through PayPal we can get our money back

I ordered a black and decker multi tool and received a chap nasty tool box as you see in pictures. This is one big con and I have emailed them many times with no reply. Why do they get away with this , I have recently had treatment for cancer and this company has not heart on how they treat and con people out of their hard earned money

Instead of supplying the 2 4 cylinder full metal car engine assembly kits valued at $49.98 they supplied 2 children’s Lego models valued at $3.
I have written to them 5 times and all I get is “ We are so sorry to hear that. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Don’t worry, we will try our best to solve this out for you.
To save time and effort of customers and us. We would like to offer you a $6 refund for each set as compensation”
Always the same type of response and then today I received a notification saying “ We would like to offer you a $15 refund as compensation and you do not need to send the item back. Meanwhile, we won’t send a new product. Kind Regards, Customer Service” what was ordered and what was received shown in the photo’s

seen in an german Facebook advertise - checked the shop policies, searched for the company adress (copied picture on website), found an letterbox-adress. searched office number through google - found 5 and more online shops with same adress data and different shopping deal-websites. added photos of 2 more onlineshops, adress- and number.
