This company is NOT in South Carolina, US
An ad appeared on Facebook and this was my first contact. The ad
states that the company is in South Carolina, US. I received the
clothing about 12 days later. The clothing was not the same as

pictured on the company's website (https://www.klynu.com/) and the
fabric made my skin itch. The company's website clearly states that
they receive returns, just contact their service department
([email protected]) and they would issue an authorization to return. I
sent the email requesting to return all of the clothes. The emails I have
received have offered me, in sequence: $42, 75, then 102 and "you can
keep the clothes". Finally, I have requested they refund $200 but they
said $120 is the highest they will go. They won't supply the mailing
address stating, "it will be too expensive for you to return".
Subsequently, I have found thousands of reviews online stating that this
company is actually in Dubai and this is how they do business. I have
pictures of the ads and their return policy as stated on their website.
Apparently this company (Readyeas Uk as it appears on the debit from
my bank) has 100s of subsidiaries that do business this way. I can
supply copies of the emails back and forth between me and their
"service" department.
There are thousands of similar reviews for this company on their
Facebook pages and the Better Business Bureau. It appears that US
citizens are losing thousands of dollars to this fraudulent company.
This experience has been a scam from the beginning. They are NOT in
the US, they do NOT honor their return policy and seem to count on
people not wanting to pay for expensive shipping back to Dubai.

Return/Exchange Guidelines
To make return/exchange service as easy as possible, please follow the

guidelines as below:
1: Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange
authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt. We
don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer
service.
2 : Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return
request.And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is
inevitable.
3 : All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn,
unwashed, with original tags and the panty protective strip intact.
Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or
similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
4 : Please return through your local post office to avoid tax and include
your filled-out return/exchange authorization form in your return
package. Any lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the
customer, so be sure to keep a record of your tracking number as a
reference. Please note that we do not accept packages returned using
C.O.D. service.
5 : Once we have received the returned package, we will send email
notification and arrange an exchange or a refund within 7 business
days.
EU buyers' return policy will be consistent with the EU local law.

I bought some dresses which are very poorly made, fit very oddly and are basically cheap tat. The brand they are using on FB is Evanra. Just warning people.
Order anything from a FB Site again. Customer Service is a REAL laugh
