Fb ad came up for deals on their website on 2/6. It mimicked a competitors website: Comfrt.com. I assumed it was their site, I followed through with the purchase and also got a tracking right away but no receipt. I sent them an email and even clicked the link to see my order. No record. They sent me a dummy tracking number that actually tracked across 3 websites. It did not arrive even when it said it was delivered.

Below sample email response:

Please accept our sincere apologies for the bad shopping experience we have brought to you. Please rest assured that we will always be committed to solving customer's problems.

If it is not delivered again, you can apply for a refund.

Please allow me to explain to you what happens with package shipping. Your package has been delivered directly to the delivery address by the courier we cooperate with. It does not need to be forwarded by your local courier, so you cannot check our parcels on your local courier query website.

We regret that we are unable to provide their specific names due to the large number of couriers we work with.

Regarding the package you have not received, we provide you with the following solutions for your reference:

1. We are willing to arrange resending for you (at no additional cost). Are you willing to take it?

2. If you are unwilling to wait for the second package, please let us know, and we will continue to provide other solutions for you.
