- Nashville, TN, USA • Jul 18, 2024

I called a number off of the Internet to set an appointment with Xfinity to have my security system installed. They made my appointment and told me that I had to pay $100 upfront for an installment fee and then offered me my first month for $45. After a day or so I looked on my Xfinity app and my payments were not reflected on my account. I called Xfinity and they had no idea what I was talking about. I disputed the charges with Chase Bank and Web Brezza ( Showed up on my credit card as Web Brezza) Sent them several pages of nothing regarding a web design company. They said I approved the charges. Which I did, because I thought they were from Xfinity. I have no use for services from a web designer and have never used one. Very disappointed in Chase Bank also for taking the side of the scham.
