I got the same email 6x in last 4 months. If you get an email from your internet provider about rental equipment returns or past due charges, call your provider directly. All phone numbers listed in the email did not match the company. The account numbers didn’t match either. The equipment does t match what I have. When I called the company directly, I asked what email address they use to send out emails (also no match). I did forward the SPAM emails to their spam department also. Be careful!!
