There was a link to a Walmart survey for a phone after filling out the survey it showed I was paying for the phone not a membership to anywhere once I paid for the phone I got an email saying I paid for a vip membership to this website, Xpmill.com, which I’ve never heard of or agreed too. When contacting them at [email protected] they first refused to refund my $19.17 or cancel then after mentioning I would contact the ScamPulse.com they offered to cancel and refund but did provide any proof of cancellation or refund but kept saying it was emailed to me and only after I did a review would they cancel and I have not gotten any emails of cancellation still
