I receive a call saying that I was hired as a Inspector Specialist and would receive 10-15 packages a week to shipped out. 30 days after the first package was I would receive a base salary of $2400 plus a 30 dollar bonus for every package shipped. Today 6/13/2023 is the day I’m supposed to get paid and the portal is down and all phone contacts are not working. They have my bank information. I just don’t understand what are they getting out of this, by playing with real people livelihood. Do any know what can be done about this?

I received an email on April 14 from [email protected]. The sender introduced themselves as James and mentioned that they work in the HR Department at XPO Ship, located at 983 E Hillcrest Ave #3, Indianola, IA 50125. They can be reached at (888) 487-6177. They expressed interest in my potential employment with them in the shipping department.

On April 21, I received a phone call from Micah Dodley, the Manager of the Shipping Department, using the phone number (+1 515 500 5301). During the call, they provided instructions on how to start working with them. They explained the job responsibilities and discussed the salary. They also requested that I create an account on xpo-dash.com.

Upon visiting the xpo-dash.com website, I noticed that in the top left corner, it was mentioned that the salary would be paid on May 25. However, in an email, they mentioned that the salary will be paid on May 25, with a possibility of a 24-48 hour delay in payment due to processing.

However, since that time, I have been attempting to contact them without success. They have blocked me and stopped responding to my emails. Additionally, I discovered that my account on xpo-dash.com has been deleted.

I was hired a month ago as a shipping inspector to be done remotely. The base pay was $600 per week with bonuses per package. First payday after 30 day probation. I was to check my dashboard 3 times a day, starting at 9am this doubled as my time sheet. My first payday was assigned to May 29th, and the week before I tried to get in touch with accounting but the phone was busy every time. I reached out to my other supervisor who said she'd check on that. I kept trying to contact someone, but couldn't get anyone to get back to me. They owe me $2,400 that I will never see. Whoever this is took alot of time to come up with all the details such as separate emails, videos, dashboard, automatic notifications, and even tax documents. It's hard to wrap my mind around all of it.

This is a shipping inspection job shipping internationally with packages coming to my home in my name or others. I was to take pictures and send in original packages internationally but the addresses were with in the US. employment forms allowed access to my personal info such as spelling, ID number, asked to take a picture with id to prove identity and ssn for tax purposes. also inquired about payment types, provided paypal info for payment.

Told me I would get salary pay 2400+ bonuses, $600 a wk, I would have to wait 30-31days before getting paid. After 30-31 days I still didn't get paid. I emailed them and got no response, tried to call and got no response. I am still receiving text saying I'm supposed to get a package today although they locked me out of the account after I sent the email questioning them.
