Type of a scam: Phishing

I had a phone message from 800-883-4593. They said they had a delivery of windows for my name and address that I had ordered. They were asking me to listen carefully to the prompts to push a certain button for different departments and it would be necessary to finish paying before delivery and they would advise me with the delivery 4/26/2022 and exact time. I called their number and it was identified as XPO Logistics (Home Delivery) but I was not going to push any buttons. I am over 80 years old and live in a condo and would have no reason to order windows. I am not feeble minded and I know I did not order any windows and I am aware of all the scams who want your personal or financial information for identity theft. I hung up and called the BBB. The ScamPulse.com business profile for XPO Logistics Home Delivery has an alert stating they are aware of imposters misrepresenting their business name and I was provided a real phone number that I could contact and verify that my message was not from the scammers and it is a part of the ongoing scam problem they are experiencing.
