This is a scam website that is a copy of a legitimate website https://xtremhdiptv.org/billing/affiliates.php (real site) I set up an account at the real site, but paid in the fake one. They sent me login information and how to download a third party app when the real business has their own app. When my order never arrived in my account I contacted customer service and sent the web link and my email confirmation and they verified it was a fake site. The fake site had me buy a special gift card to pay online and also charged my debit card. The total was $50 for one $25 a month service and there was a fake coupon for 25% off.
