On February of this year I subscribed to Ulta TV. The techs and I tried everything to make the connection but could never make that happen. After several attempts, it was obviously not going to work. I tried to get my money back. I was told I could, was put on hold; but no one answered. This went on for months. Several phone numbers were used at different times: 669-666-6451, 669-333-3571, 650-702-6396 and 650-900-5791 in addition to the number listed on this phone.
