I ordered a walking pad from a Facebook ad. I received an invoice from Zzenshop, but it goes nowhere when you click the link to view your order.

On 28 January 2025, I placed an order on the Zzen website for a Walking Pad for $39.99 and a 3 Section Laundry Bin. Total purchase for both items was $59.98 I received a confirmation to my email that they received my order and that further instructions were to be sent when items shipped. A rode number was also provided for reference. My Credit Card was charged for the order on 2 February 2025. Gave sometime to allow shipping but when no update from the company was provided I decided to email and call. Both phone number and email addresses that were listed did not work. Phone number was not in service and the email addresses were undeliverable. There were 2 email addresses listed 1. [email protected] and the 2. [email protected] Phone number listed in the email I received was 551-830-5551. When I could not reach them by phone or by email, I googled search Zzen Shop and the following address was provide as Zzen Shop 7540 Temple Street, Clifton, NJ 07011. I wrote and mailed a letter to that address and 12 days later is was returned to my Return to Sender Address Unknown.

I saw a deal for a foldable walking treadmill ad on Facebook, and thought it was very interesting. I've been receiving many ads regarding it, and it looked impressive especially as the reviews had photos and videos of the consumer using the product. I purchased the item on February 10th, 2025 and I've never received it, so I was thinking it was possibly a scam. I've checked my bank, and there hasn't been any access nor withdraws to the account, so I believe the scammers couldn't take any money besides the 29.99.

Placed an order on Facebook to Zzenshop on 01/31/25 for a folding treadmill for $39.99 paid for through Zip payment method in for easy payments. Completed the payment plan with my debit card and never received the merchandise. Then I noticed on 03/10/25 that there were some fraudulent charges being made on my credit card beginning on 02/16/25. There were 16 unrecognized transaction between the dates of 02/16/25 and 03/10/25 totaling an amount of $615. I contacted my credit card company who graciously agreed to look into the dispute and credit my card the entire amount as well as sending me a new card and closing out the old one. Even though this is not the card that I used to pay the payment through Zip, I believe somehow they obtained my information and used my credit card. I have explained the situation to Zip who told me there’s nothing that they can do to refund my money and that I would have to get with the merchant for a refund. The merchant’s online store can no longer be found and does not respond to my Facebook messages so I have no other way of getting my refund. I am going to contact my bank to see if I can dispute the charges through Zip and get refunded that way as that is my only other resort to this madness.

Ordered foldable walking pad for $39.99 from facebook ad and website seemed legit enough. Received order confirmation but never received a shipping status update even 2 weeks later. 2 days after purchase saw two unrecognizable transactions on credit card statement (for $379 and $70.62).

Ordered a walking pad on Facebook and I never got it and the business tried to steal over 400.00 off my debit card

- Glendale, CA, USA

This shop was advertised on Instagram. They appear to sell home workout equipment along with other miscellaneous things. After purchasing a few items they sent over a confirmation email. The link led me to a Shopify profile instead of the actual website. It also did not have any tracking information. 2 weeks have gone by and I have not received any tracking information or any response as the where my items could be. Google tells me their support email isn’t active. They also tried to charge the card I used at the time of my purchase for something completely different. I got an alert email that the transaction didn’t go through.

Just like the post that was here. Exactly the same way. I wanted the fold up treadmill that they showed for $39.99. I checked the reviews and it was mainly people wanting to order. Now that i think about it there were no reviews at all. I ordered one for me and my friend and apparently got scammed big time. Thank goodness my bank stopped it before they took all my money, but they tried.

I saw an ad on Instagram for a walking pad for 39.00 with free shipping. I took the bait and after one week of waiting for a tracking number, I emailed them only to find out that the email address is undeliverable. I called the number several times but the calls immediately disconnect after a busy tone.

Saw an ad on Facebook saying walking pad for $39.99 shipping within 48 hours. I clicked into it and should have known better.

- Shreveport, LA, USA

Saw advertisement on Facebook for a walking pad priced at 39.99. Website states orders are shipped w/in 48 hours. At the bottom of the order confirmation email it says to reply to [email protected] for questions. When you select view my order from the email it takes you to https://shopify.com/***********/account/orders/********************************. Under the refund policy it gives the email [email protected] but when you click-it it defaults to [email protected] in the email. I’ve tried emailing all 3 and replying to the initial email and they all came back undeliverable. This is also listed on the refund page

Address: JC Store Holdings LLC

The transaction in my acct is listed as URBANFURNIDECOR855-2005623CAUS. My account support provided me with the number 855-200-5623. When I called they wouldn’t give a company name and stated they were just customer service & worked for multiple companies. The first person I spoke with disconnected the call after attempting to locate my info. The second one said they couldn’t locate my info or my order.

- Sugar Land, TX, USA

Ordered a potable treadmill. I quickly got alarmed for a bank confirmation. I charged the item and continued. I got nervous and tried to immediately contact the company. The phone number didn’t work, nor the email. I am disputing this charge.

- Levelland, TX, USA

Found add on Facebook, and being on a limited budget, I wanted to take advantage of a good price on something I needed. I bought two. One for me and one for a friend. About 18 hours later by bank texted a warning to me to verify charges on my account. I had to cancel my card, and they investigated the charges. Less than 48 hours later the money was returned to my account as they found the charges to be fraudulent. Now I am trying to get the charges reversed for the purchase since it is a fraudulent company.

- Wells River, VT, USA

Ordered a walking mat with expedited shipping. Got the order confirmation. Tried reaching out to follow up as it has been several days. Phone number not active. Address doesn’t exist. Several emails provided on their website and order confirmation.

- Saint Paul, MN, USA

Walking pad ad on Facebook. Sale price $39.99.

- San Antonio, TX, USA

I saw a post on Facebook for a foldable walking treadmill and it was only $39.99. I thought what a great deal and went to purchase two of them one for my mom and one for me. I get a fraud alert text asking if it is me making the purchase and I think" yea its me nothing to worry about," so I approve the purchase. That text says the purchase was at Proffesioanlofficegoods (all one word). Less than 12 hours later I get a fraud alert text from my bank that a purchase was made at Complete Sport Outlet for $449.00 and luckily my bank detected it as fraud and did not allow the purchase. Then when I tried to figure out how my card was compromised the only purchase I made was the one right before that and I put two and two together that my bank realized it was fraud even though it was me trying to make the actual purchase the first time. I am from now an listening to my bank and not making any purchases online that my bank thinks is fraud the first time without doing some research. Thankfully my bank is amazing and I did not lose any money.
