Save your money and order somewhere else! I ordered a dress from them, it was too small and material was much cheaper than what the pic showed. I sent them an email literally the day it was delivered or one day after letting them know I wanted a refund. I received an email days later with them asking me to send pics of the Issues. I AM NOT GONNA PUT ON THE DRESS TO SEND YOU PICS SO YOU CAN SEE IT WAS TOO SMALL! Really? Then I thought to myself well maybe I can take a pic of the dress with the tag on it too show it was NEVER WORN. There was NO TAG! So here I am out of those funds and stuck with this dress. NEVER AGAIN...

I ordered 3 dresses and a pair of earrings. The dresses were nothing like the PHOTOS. I wanted a refund, but they tried everything to have me keep dresses. Even though the cost on my end to mail back was going to be high $$$ it was worth returning the dresses. HERE IS THE SCAM...

Thank God I have a tracking number. They said it was held in CUSTOMS. That is not true, CUSTOMS tried to reach them, and they did not respond. They took $250 of my money. THIEVES!
The dresses didn't even look like the dresses I ordered. I cannot believe that they would sell these dresses. The one had more glitter on the floor than on the dress. CHEAP CHEAP DRESSES.

Poor Quality

Do not purchase anything from this website. I ordered a dress and it was poor quality with pieces missing, and did not fit (I wear a medium and a large did not fit), they also refused to refund me and said they would refund me only 10% for a dress that cost me close to $300.

They communicate via email poorly and only once per day and will not provide an address to send back the merchandise.

I ordered a mirror dress for nearly $200, when it came in it looked like a cheap $20 knock off. When I emailed them they said to keep the product & could refund me 10%. I made a claim at Chase bank and they're actually getting my money back! I recommend taking pics & screenshots of the emails, product pics vs ad, & screenshots of their websites refund policy. Chase gave me a claim & fax #, I went back in the bank & someone working there had me send the pics to their email in after which they faxed everything for me to the claims department. I got my money back! Good luck everyone! These scammers are the worst, it was so satisfying for Chase to fight back!

Please do not order from here. I spent hundreds of dollars and now numerous hours of my time to deal with this fraudulent company. They claim to have a 1-3 day urgent shipping otherwise it’s up to 45 days. Yeah my item shipped three weeks after my urgent request. The customer service team is somewhere in Asia so of course correspondence is like pulling teeth one by one. This company sent an entirely wrong dress absolutely nothing that I ordered. When I sent proof they continued to question me vs the dress/package they sent. The materials are cheap they begin to fall off the dress as you open the package. This company legit refuses to make any refunds over 30%. If you are looking for something nice THIS IS NOT YOUR SHOP. PLEASE DO ME A FAVOR AND SAVE YOUR $ BY SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE. Here is the dress I ordered on top and what I received on bottom. Where is this similar? At this point all I can do is LOL

I ordered 3 days ago a dress, unfortunately I came across this website too late. Once I saw the reviews I sent email within 24 hours of purchasing the dress requesting to cancel it. No response. i sent another one yesterday and they replied that I am out of 24 hr window and cancellation cannot be done with refund. If I still want to cancel they will charge me 15% fee. Do not order. They need to be shut down

I ordered a dress as per the picture advertised. When I received it the dress was nothing like the picture. Very bad quality and not even the same material. I asked for a refund and they offered me 10% out of a $70 sale. I said no. Their final offer was 20% saying it would cost me more to pay for shipment. This is not what their return policy states. It just says it needs to be within 30 days. I feel used and stolen from. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! They lure you in with extraordinary pictures of other designers and send you a mediocre product so you can complain and they can keep 80% if your money !

False advertisement/refund issue

I ordered a dress and jumpsuit from the company. The dress I received looked nothing like the picture and the zipper on the dress is broken. The jumpsuit is too small. I asked for a refund and they keep giving me the run around saying I can go fix the dress and they will give me 10% off. I asked for a full refund again and I got another email saying they would give me 20% off. They also told me that I have to pay for my postage, the postage is high and takes a long time. That I should just take the 20% off because the clothes are still wearable.

I order a dress I seen on their site .they send something different it’s cheap and horrible material. They use pictures from other site to con people. Run don’t ever shop from Zachics! The dress is cheap can’t fit i wouldn’t even buried someone in that.They add some kind of extension inside like a seat belt. Listen people don’t waist your money they scam customers by using people designed and pictures.

RUN FROM ZACHICS!! SCAM

I ordered a dress back in June for a wedding in Paris in July. Didn’t get the dress till after I came back in town. They sent the wrong dress and I asked for the right dress and how to send that pos dress they sent me back. They wanted to give me 10% off and keep the dress they sent me. We’ve been back in forth about who should be responsible for this mistake. Needless to say I don’t think I’m getting my money back. If anyone can think of a way to stop these people I’m on board to help.

Never received online purchase

I placed an order online on the zachics.com website on July 6, 2022 for a dress called "Zachics Tassel white paneled slim sleeveless maci party dresses, White/M for $151.95.

I finally got an email on July 10th, that it was shipped. Two weeks had gone by and I was unable to track the package, so I sent an email on July 19th and I received a response on July 22nd with an actual tracking number through a delivery company with the web address: https://t.17track.net/.en#nums=SFCAA0039572398YQ.

I kept following the tracking and finally said it would be delivered on July 29th. I waited all day and I checked the tracking and it said it had been delivered to my address at 2:37 pm. I checked with neighbors and nothing.

I then emailed zachics.com back and they said to check my local USPS because that's how it was sent, so I went there and the employee said they don't handle anything that doesn't come from a reputable USPS distribution center.

I was already out of town where this item was to be used for and I asked for a complete refund because I never received the item, and there's been no further response. I sent the last email on August 4, 2022.

I've notified my employer and have instructed them to contact the credit card used to file for a refund due to fraudulent charges.

Yes this actually just happen to me I ordered a dress on sept 2 2022 it kept saying awaiting shipping then on sept 22 2022 it said it was shipped and then within the same day it said it was delivered which I never received. I am steady emailing and no response I am so sad

I saw three beautiful dresses and ordered them. To my surprise they sent me the worse outfits I’ve ever seen. All the glitters fell out the outfit as soon as I opened the package. I will never forget this experience. The material was the cheapest China has ever produced. Don’t ever buy from them. What they advertise is completely different from what they send. See the attached photos of what I got. I had to sweep my floor after opening the package.

After reading reviews, I cancelled my order within 3 hours of placement. They did not want to cancel. It’s been a 47 days since I placed my order and I have not received it. I have contacted them numerous times regarding a refund, all they do is direct me yo the carrier (USPS) which they do not have record of shipment. The shipping tracking number provided is fake. This company is FRAUD!
