THIS STORE IS THE WORST! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I ordered 2 very expensive dresses, this company is in Japan, I realized it after I ordered it, so I emailed immediately on the next day to cancel my order, and they said they already had my money and could refund 10% only, then 20%. It had not even passed 24hrs, so they were not going to have the order ready. I placed a complaint with my bank who is now investigating them. This company is a SCAM! save yourself a headache and save your money do NOT order from them. After 2 months they sent 2 dresses, which are so big like gowns, plus are NOT what I ordered. Material is so cheap, and these are horrible. Make sure you report it too if you were scammed, or do NOT order from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ZACHICS! I ordered a knee length, black dress with rhinestones on it for a graduation party that i was going to. First of all, i ordered a month and a half before the party to ensure it would be here on time, and the date that it said it would be delivered was in time for the party. However, it didn’t come in time, in fact it came almost a month after the party! RIDICULOUS! And when it came it was not the dress that i ordered. The dress that was delivered to me was a weird material, it was floor length, no rhinestones and the bra cups were pointed! So i emailed asking for a refund and told them how it came late and wasn’t the dress i ordered, and they offered me a 10% refund! WHAT?! After negotiating, eventually they went up to 30% but that is still completely ridiculous! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered a dress it took months to come and today I received some cheap looking dress, poorly made, not at all what I ordered or wanted. Glitter everywhere, just a piece of crap. This dress looks like I cost $10 and I spent a hundred and something… I wanted to wear this for my birthday but now I have to buy another dress. Please don’t order from this company you will be very disappointed.

Horrible I ordered this and blue heels and got this bull crap smh I ordered on June 2nd and it just came today I paid for express shipping the shoes are black and ugly and not royal blue and the dress is horrible glitter everywhere and looks nothing like the picture

My wife found this site on Facebook needing a jump suit for a up coming wedding in June she found a jump suit she liked placed the order on may 4th 2022 received confirmation immediately took her payment of $131.00 received a order ID number and was advised shipment was on its way! Never received nothing from this company since the phone number is bad the email address is no good “Don’t buy from this site it’s a scam!” Just donated $131.00 remember Zachics.com and run!

Very very cheap materials different styles and colors. Even their sizes are wrong. Bad customer service. The website is a complete scammer.

That dress was ordered on April 21st and has yet to arrive. I paid for fast delivery, so they should've arrived in 7-10 days. I was scammed, and the website should be shut down. I paid $200 for this gown. My prom is coming up and I’m highly upset and disappointed. The only thing I got from this online store was a confirmation email from when I first brought the dress. I didn’t receive an tracking number. The number I called was out of service and the address was fake when I looked it up.

Cheap homeless dress for expensive prices that look nothing like the fancy dresses they advertise!

I ordered a beautiful luxurious dress for $168.95 .. I got a mystery package in the mail with no receipt inside and it didn’t say it came from Zachics .. The dress I ordered was silver and they sent me a gold homeless person dress that was completely different than the picture along with string u could see that whoever sewed it wasn’t very skilled. Also the address in the package said it came from a building in New York.. when the shipping label tracked down shows it came from overseas and never even went to New York.. Next they sent me emails through pay pal asking me for 10 percent refund on an expensive dress and saying. It cost too much to ship back and keep it.. No full refund please, I don’t wear homeless dresses on my body for the price tag of $168.95 .. Then they had another excuse after excuses in a row. That their dresses are slightly different than in pictures due to lighting, lol.. It says silver but I got fools gold colored dress homeless style and looked absolutely nothing like the picture! Plus you could see terrible stitching everywhere like a child sewed this dress! I’m sure pay pal was laughing when they seen my picture comparison ! Thank god they sided with me to get my money back on these scammers! Then they kept making more excuses on shipping it back would cost to much money and it should be at my expense for their mistake! Wow the nerve! They kept insisting I keep the dress and give me 16 bucks back on 168 bucks..who in their right mind would do that.. lesson learned they got caught

They sell dresses that look very high quality but are very cheap and look nothing like the picture. When a return was initiated, they asked for pictures of the dress “while it’s on”, which is not typical for a clothing retailer and a bit creepy. They then only offered a 10% refund, after we did not send a picture of it on our body. This was a quality issue, not a size issue.
