I recently placed an order for GLP-1 medication, totaling $279, which was shipped via FedEx. According to FedEx, the package was delivered, but it was not delivered to my address. After checking with neighbors and my surroundings, I can confirm the package was misdelivered.

I contacted both FedEx and Zealthy support regarding this issue, but I am now being bounced between both parties without a resolution. FedEx advised me to contact Zealthy, while Zealthy directed me to file a claim with FedEx. When I did, FedEx closed my complaint within minutes, with no investigation or assistance.

This situation has now caused me to miss my scheduled dosage, which is impacting my health. I am very concerned about the lack of support I’ve received so far, and I am seeking help to either receive a replacement shipment or obtain a refund.

Membership fee 39.00

Company tried to immediately charge account for additional 199.00. Refund and cancellation requested company refused to refund and constantly tries to debit my account.
