Placed two online orders with Zelavee.com, presumably for Sundance Catalog close-out in early Oct '25. Rec'd notice of shipping for both on two separate tracking sites (fake). Both showed delivery in Nov '25, which never happened. Then they "shipped new replacement orders again", and the same fake tracking info occurred. I emailed back & forth with them at [email protected] on a weekly basis, receiving repeated boilerplate responses/excuses why refund hadn't occurred. Four months later I am still playing this b.s. game with them and haven't yet received a penny refund of the $98.17 I paid.
