I am writing to formally report a fraudulent incident involving my Zerion Wallet account. I currently have $16,000 in my wallet, and when I attempted to transfer this amount back to my Robinhood account, the transaction did not go through.
Upon contacting Zerion’s online chat support, I was informed that I must reach a $20,000 volume wallet balance before I can withdraw my money. This condition was never disclosed when I initially used the platform and is clearly an attempt to scam users.
I have gathered substantial evidence, including screenshots of the conversations and transaction attempts, to support my claim. Additionally, I have discovered that a fraudulent website (https://www.zeriongute.com) is impersonating Zerion, which may be part of this scam.
I urgently seek guidance on the next steps I can take to recover my funds. Please let me know:
If there is any legal action I can pursue to reclaim my money.
If there are any agencies or financial institutions that can intervene on my behalf.
What additional steps I should take to report and prevent this scam from affecting others.
