Hello, I ordered an item online back on February 24,2020. It was a set of waterproof earbuds.I still haven't received the item, I have emailed the seller and put a complaint in with PayPal but, I haven't heard if anything is being resolved. The total cost for the item is $74.52 and I never received it. I looked for a number to contact PayPal but, no number or no one is there to speak with me. The online place I ordered the item was from ZestAd Limited, I didn't see any other name. I would just respond to the confirmation email I received for my order and then 24 hours later I get an email stating to give more time for delivery. I asked to cancel my order and issue a refund to me several times but, they rejected the request. I am at a loss here, I do not know what else to do. I have contacted a Lawyer and without the seller's information, it is going to be hard to contact them. Is there anyone who can help me with this? The Resolution Center for PayPal has a report number of PP-D-62892164 if that helps. I work hard for my money and with this COVID19 stuff $74.52 doesn't come easy for me. I saw an ad for BioMint on Facebook, and sillly me, I didn't actually look the website up, and low and behold, I find this now, and my so called "receipt" is from ZestAds. So at least I'm only out $47.56.

Wish I had found this earlier, there was absolutely nothing listed under BioMint Patchs, or BioMint.

I purchased face masks thinking that thru PayPal this could not be a scam. Tried to contact them cause have not received yet, even after convincing emails stating it’s on its way.Their email directs you to a different site.contacted PayPal but from what I’ve been reading from others who have been scammed by zestsds, PayPal is no help either.

I ordered masks on April 3, 2020. When I placed the order site claimed shipping date as same day. I have received 3 different tracking numbers and still nothing. Paypal is not any better as I have forwarded them the complete thread of an email dated April 03, 2020 in which I am requesting they cancel my order since their order confirmation email stated 3-4 shipping days. They replied but said I could not cancel because item was preparing to ship. Two scammer companies working together.

I ordered flashlights for 38.00 and never received them. They have several layers to their company but the bottom line is that this is a scam company. PayPal isn't much better as they endorse and protect this company. I am going to have to contact my credit card company because no opportunities to resolve this through PayPal or zestads exists. It's all a scam!

I placed my order with ZestAds for 3 masks making a payment for $81.90 with PayPal on 12 April. I received a 'shipped' email with tracking number but until now no sign of the masks. Meanwhile, all these negative reports about this company being a scam is disturbing. I wish FB and PayPal diligently screen their advertisers and clients. This type of targeting unsuspecting customers during a Pandemic is unethical and criminal.

It’s been a month since I placed my order and and still no mask. I received two tracking numbers for shipment. To date it is still in California 4 weeks later. I am not very hopeful that I will receive the mask. Filed a dispute with PayPal and if that fizzles? I will be filing a dispute with my bank. The bank can go after them. Then I will file with the better business bureau.
