Order a steam cleaner from the company named Imani Rivera from zlxllzpgxu.shop back in December 2026. Never received the item, but was charged and reached out to the company via email at [email protected]. Per the company, they are looking into this matter and have never reached back out to me. After that, I sent numerous emails and still haven't heard anything or received my money. The tracking number they sent me was not legit and once you click on it, it goes to an China website. This is an address I found under their profile: 68 Augustine Street, Rochester, NY,14613 in the USA.
