Dear Sirs: I took a chance with purchasing roller luggage for $29.99 that I saw on Facebook. I have been waiting since Oct 2022, via email and they keep telling me to wait, its on its way. Its almost a year and they charged me real quick for this item. Not received. And I purchase items off of Facebook previously before, though not this company. They are the worst.

Very bad experience with this so called company.They posted on FB a luggage,suitcase for #39, it was on Octover 2022, until now it dit not arrive.They are scammer. I kept on sending emails and they always replied that its on the way.Their last email is April2,2022, and after that they dont anymore reply to the emails.

I ordered something 10/29/2022, still haven't gotten it. They have provided 3 different tracking numbers, all to other states, not even close to my location. Same stall techniques, just like they did to everyone else. They make a good living off of stealing everyone's money.

Yes same here, I ordered luggage worth 39 dollars since October 2022, they kept on telling on the way, their last email is April 2, 2022, this company should be reported to FB, because many people with different items they sale on FB online.

I did the same thing I didn't read their website and I got scammed out of $40 for some cast iron skillets I don't know why these people can get away with this constantly one right after another they shipped it to two different places but not mine so they say and yeah you can't get a refund it's ridiculous the government needs to stop this

They represented themselves as Macy's. I ordered on October 31st and still have received nothing. They did take the money from my account and continue to promise that "it's on the way".

I purchased a set of luggage in October 2022 for $45.99 + .46 transaction fee. The funds were debited from my account on October 25, 2022. I emailed the support email provided on 12/14/22, 12/19,21/2022. 1/12/23;2/10;3/8/23 They continued to stall with excuse after excuse. When I finally asked for a refund, I was told that once the package arrived to refuse shipment and my refund would be processed as soon as the packaged was received back at their warehouse. I have yet to receive my order. I have attached screenshots of my email correspondence. These people need to be stopped. Alerts need to be posted, Do not do business with Zunshops.

Same here, I plan to file another dispute with Navy Federal. They reversed the refund provided because they say zunshop showed proof of delivery. However,the delivery was made in Arizona and I live in Florida.

Me too, I purchase online which they posted on FB, a luggage worth $39 since Octber 22, 2022, and they kept sending emails thats its on the way, and their last email is April 2,2023, and now they dont anymore reply., and I kept on emailing them telling them SCAMMER AND THIEVES.

I have over 30 emails proof of this scam. From delivery items missing to tracking numbers that are incorrect. Every stall possible not to refund money they stole. To explain this is the space provided is too short. I could copy and paste all the emails, but we all know what will happen. You'll thank me and I'll never hear another word. I'll never get my money back and this enterprise won't be shut down. Just thought I'd try anyway.

I wish I had looked at this page before I ordered it. I thought it sounded a little too good to be true, $39.95 for an ice maker. I'm sure I am out the money but I did threaten to find them and get the money back from them face to face. With all these reports you would think someone could find a way to stop this. I am a little pissed.

They posted an ice maker for sale. The link went straight to a description and photo. I've been in contact with them since the order was placed on 10/26 and they gave me a false tracking number that showed the package enroute to a different address, then they said they would reship the package to me. Since that time it has been several emails saying the same thing, that the package was reshipped and I should have it within a week. But that has been happening since November and I still do not have the package.

Didn’t sent my package. Messaged me that theyre going to resend, waited for another 3 months then it was delivered to wrong address again after the second time. I reported from my credit card and they falsified documents that they send to my house but its a lie..

My 70-year-old mom ordered a set of totes from an ad on Facebook. She never received the product. Below is my communication to the scammer on her behalf.

I ordered a Mac make-up gift set from this company. They charged my bank account and I never received the product. I disputed the charge with my bank and they provided bogus tracking and delivery information so my dispute was overturned! These people need to be to be stopped! They are scammers!

I ordered the travel size suitcase. After many emails, they sent a tracking number. The tracker said it was delivered to my address which was the wrong address outside of my area. This is very disappointing.

I placed an order on the 28th of October 2023..it never arrived. I tried to email them and the email is not correct.We are on 29th of January and they have not refunded or replied on any messages. Disappointed!definitely scam!

Purchased product the end of Sept. 2022. On Nov 9, 2022, I emailed them and asked if it had been shipped because I hadn't received a tracking number. They replied back with a tracking number. I waited andbwatched the tracking and it showed finally delivered somewhere in Maryland and I live in Tennessee. I emailed them again telling them this and they replied that they have reshipped item to correct address and give 15-20 days. I never received it and I have emailed then a bunch if times and they always say it's been shipped to be patient and wait one more week that it was now hot season. I have also asked for a refund several times. The last time I heard from them was Jan 8, 2023 and I sent them another email today Jan 23, 2023 asking for a refund. There have been 6 emails back from them from Nov 9, 2022 to Jan 8, 2023.
I do not have their address, phone number or anything. They never even emailed me a receipt. Their customer service email is in their native language so I can't tell what it is.

A FaceBook ad of a luggage set began this scam. I placed an order and never received the product. I disputed with AMEX and after investigating they presented a USPS tracking slip that "appears" to confirm delivery to my mailing address. AMEX advised that I open a delivery dispute with USPS. Upon speaking with USPS, they confirmed that in their records with the same tracking number, the delivery address is NOT my address. Also, the weight of the item shipped is 2 ounces. Not only is the company a fraudulent online company, but they are also creating fraudulent USPS tracking slips and presenting them to credit card companies. BEWARE and keep digging to find the truth and FIGHT for your refund.

I ordered several products under this tracking number back October 3, 2022 - today I checked the tracking number and the parcel was said to have been delivered in Sudbury, Ontario. I live in Calgary, Alberta, CANADA! I want a refund of my money. I have sent numerous emails to this company and was told there was shipping delays only to find out it got delivered in ONTARIO. 3 months to receive my purchases only to find out it got sent to the wrong address. I want my money back!

I purchased 2 make up trial bags in October which cost $97.10 AU I have not received the bags and have contacted this company numerous times when they say they sent to the wrong address and have sent out another. I want my money back if I don’t receive the items. Please check my details and contact me ASAP

I ordered October 22 2022 but still not received my item until now Jan 5 2023. Their email responds to me is saying it was already delivered last November. But they delivered it to Ontario and my address provided is Alberta.. Hope this will be addressed soon and kindly deliver my item

I ordered something from them online, my mistake I should have read the reviews and just like everyone else. I have never received the product. They provided me with a tracking number, then it showed it getting delivered to another state. They said they would re-ship it, I said I just wanted a refund at this point they said they couldnt that my funds had been frozen and stopped communicating with me.
