Company claims they shipped - will initiate charge back with my credit card co.

I emailed to request any info besides the receipt. They answered the next day with
"Dear Customer,
We have already sent the order for you, but due to the large amount of goods and the limited number of logistics merchants, it may take a few days for the logistics information to be updated.
You can contact us if you have any questions.
I am sorry for the inconvenience."

You have the option to contact your credit card company within 60 days to initiate a charge back, since this is obviously fraudulent.

Wish I saw this. I ordered outdoor storage unit for $57.98 10 months ago. I never received shipping or tracking number. I was told to contact the post office but still no tracking information. I got the run around and now no response when ask for refund. Lesson learned. Scammed

I ordered the new 2pc luggage for 29.99 in the color red back in early October. I've tracked the number they gave me,it arrived in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. The person I spoke with at the post office said the package only weight 1 pound so it sounds like I've been scammed. Facebook you are partially responsible for the scam and I would like my 29.99 returned to me.

I ordered an item from the above company, order #37BAY-5FR13DN. Never received a confirmation email, estimated delivery date or tracking #. The charge on my credit card came from "ZUNSHOPS-PET BAG 07309912011 GBR". They're not responding to email messages and they're not answering the phone #408-296-9539.

Seemed legit

Looked at reviews, seemed legit until after I purchased and did more investigation. This company has been listed as scam and the reviews are fake. Tried to email to stop payment, but no answer. Luggage was cool, seemed reasonable, but not too good to be true. The reviews were realistic, so thought I'd buy. Now I have to file a claim with my bank.

Mac Make Up advent calendar box

I saw a sponsored page on Facebook to Purchase 2x Mac make up advent calendar box for $29 each after seeing the positive reviews and this was not in New Zealand dollars and they took $109.

I received an email but it was not to confirm the make up set. It was an email from WDerni Ltd/ Zunshops.

Very disappointed because I have been mislead and scammed.
I will be taking further action.

I also ordered 2 sets. I did receive a tracking number after I requested it. Some lovely person (supposedly) just had these sets delivered to their mailbox - yesterday - in Indiana! I live in Florida :(

Ninja flash sale(Air Frier)

I saw the advert on one of my games. They advertised Ninja air frier and freezer plates. So I paid for it. They sent me an email with the invoice and order number but it's all fake. The reviews showed that it was a scam. They also charged me more than the initial total which was £32.82. Instead they charged me £35.78. I want my money back or the goods that I ordered
