Pansgear offers products on its website mainly for tool and garden including a Ryobi Garden Tractor for $599..99. Their site adertises that shipping is free with a $500 or more purchase and made within 5-8 business days from purchase. A quick search of available info on Pansgear indiocated that iot had a 60% reliability (legit) standing but that the site was relatively new so no reports of issues had been made. The site advertises a return policy, that it takes Paypal and Stripe, and post testimonials of prior purchasers satisfaction. I contacted them via their Chat line on thoer website to discuss purchasing through Paypal which was not working at the time of my purchase. The rep informed me we could use Paypal via their invoicing process bvut that Stripe (credit card) was as safe. I made a purchase online with Pansgear after this brief discussion with them regarding payment types. The purchase was for a Ryobi Electric Garden Tractor for $599.99 and was supposed to be delivered within 5-8 business days. The order slip noted they got the order and was processing. Payment was made using a Visa Credit Card and the purchase did go through. After 10 business days (and no sign of the item or a status update) I tried to contact them regarding my order status. Their phone does not work (just goes to "D21 ... System working"), their Chat line was alos now down and when I tried it again later it "disappeared" from my screen once I posted a question. I have sent several email requests for updates through their online contact page without any response. I have asked them to let me know if they intend to honor the purchase or whether they are going to refund the amount paid. Either way, their site seems to me to be a fraud to me ... the item I purchased is still listed for sale at the same price. NOTE: They have altered their website from the original "look" but it still operates in the same non-responsive manner. I will be contacting my credit iossuer to cancel the order as a fraud but felt others should be aware of my experience with Pansgear.

Email, IM and website form. Finally received a response saying the item was going to be shipped. Waited another week and no item have been trying to contact company again but no response.

Ordered swing set off their website for my son for Christmas. I Never received any order confirmation from the seller, only through PayPal. The Seller provided fake tracking information to PayPal. Proof of delivery showed a small box on a different porch. After opening a case through PayPal and UPS, the tracking was linked to a different address and name. I Still haven’t been able to recoup my money. The seller won’t respond to my emails or through the customer service email, but will respond to PayPal so my claims get denied.

This is a scam. I ordered Ugg slippers from them. After a faulty USPS tracking number was provided they said they were having issues and provided me a FedEx shipping number. Once delivered, the photo evidence of the delivery was a completely different home. I called FedEx and they told me they couldn’t provide me the delivery address but confirmed it didn’t match the one the shipper provided. I have contacted the seller several times demanding a refund and they are no longer responding. The phone number on their website doesn’t go through it has a completely different error message each day I have called. Oh and I did verify in my order confirmation they were provided the correct address. I’m convinced they send a box without what I bought to an address in the same city to buy time while they got paid.

It was an ad on Facebook to buy bourbon at a discount. I clicked on the ad and was directed to a website the offered a wide choice of bourbons at a discount. I chose one and bought it. About a week later it occurred to me that it was taking too long for them to message me that the bourbon had been shipped. I checked my bank statement and found that I was charged $37.98 from DRESSISTADREAMS.

Bought 2 Nestle Chaise Lounge Chairs w/pillows for $47.98. They claimed to be clearing out their warehouse from overstocked or discontinued items and I should have been smarter or known it was too good to be true. I disputed the charge today with my credit card company because I haven't received the merchandise since August 30, 2023 the purchase date. Showed up on my statement as DRESSISTADREAMS. It really looks like a legit Macy's website. I was fooled.

There was an advertisement for King Crab legs for sale at $4 per lb and I bought 10 lbs, and paid for 3 day shipping. Yet when the 3 days were up I looked at my bank and the purchase receipt was from a clothing store. this was a completely fraudulent advertisement from Dressitadreams for $48.

They sent me 2 emails confirming

I have not recieved books

I called the number that is on the site no luck

I sent 2 emails to the email on the site no response

I found another site that is selling the same books hopeing they had a connection or knew how to help me I emailed them and had no luck because they are a different company somehow

I went to the post office to see what I could do and the lady told me to contact ScamPulse.com

Hidden Cosmetics is a makeup company with a decent amount of followers on Instagram. They have a “website” set up for purchasing their products. Hundreds, if not thousands of customers by now have commented on their posts claiming they never received their order. I ordered two makeup products from them a year ago and they never sent it! Now I know-for sure-they are scammers since this has happened over and over again. They offer zero customer service and have no co tact information. I feel like a total dummy for ordering from them. This company needs to be shut down it’s ridiculous!!
