This scammer called my business, Caller ID showed RE CONTACT LLC. When I answered the phone the male caller immediately said, "What time do you open on Monday?" I answered "Monday at 10am". The caller then identified himself as "My name is (inaudible) and I am representative for your Credit Card Processing Modem Systems, am I speaking with the owner? ME: "may I ask who's calling?" CALLER: "I am representative for your Credit Card Processing Modem Systems, I want to let you know there will be an update to your systems at 3:00 on Monday and my Manager will be coming by at that time to explain the process. Your system will only be down for approximately 5 minutes. Is that ok?". ME: "You are calling about an update to my POS System?" CALLER: "No ma'am you are not catching me, I'm letting you know my manager will be coming by at 3:00 to give you a presentation on the system update." ME: I already have a POS system and not interested in changing." CALLER repeats: "No ma'am you are not catching me, I'm letting you know my manager will be coming by at 3:00 to give you a presentation on the system update." ME: "What is the name of the POS System that your company is updating?" CALLER: "My manager will have a full explanation for you when they arrive at 3:00." ME: "YOU CANT TELL ME THE NAME OF MY POS SYSTEM THAT YOU ARE TELLING ME NEEDS A SYSTEM UPDATE?" CALLER: "My manager will have all that information and you will only have to shut down for approximately 5 min and my manager will then reboot your device that processes your credit cards. My manager will be there at 3:00 will you be open?" ME: I hung up.

He called back exactly 15 min later. When I answered he said "Sorry ma'am we got disconnected I need to confirm you will be open for my manager to access your modems and credit card device" I again hung up.
