Purchased an item from an ad on instagram, for new headphones they claim Apple is about to buy company, put order through at a price of 99.98, for 2 pairs because they said it was free shipping at that price. Placed order, no sooner than 2 minutes later my phone is bombarded with adds for the exact same headphones at 19.99 a pair , it gets better, I then go look at my charge to see how to cancel order and they charged my card 114.98 , not what they said on receipt, I look at their website and not much in customer service or how to cancel a transaction, except a support link, which I immediately write to them explaining my displeasure, and requesting they cancel the order. They do get back saying it's a glitch and will refund the difference, but not what I requested. Back and forth with excuses why they can't stop order. I called credit card and they put a chargeback to company, I explain this to them and yet they are very persistent that nothing can be done. Let's see about that

They sell overpriced items through deceitful methods and refuse refunds . Thus is not a reputable company.
