They threat that failure to respond will result in interest accrued at an unreasonable interest rate.

They also state they can help remove any and all past late fees and future interest.

Utilized notable corporation names such as Target, Citibank, Bank of America, etc; attempting to have client reach out to “negotiations department” only through a phone number, stated client may be entitled to a settlement reducing credit balances by half
