I needed insurance and this guy named “James” helped me. I had been on the phone canceling a prior insurance and they transferred me to this guy. He got me real insurance but then unbeknownst to me, tacked on “dental, vision, medical” package that they told me was just a separate payment but went with my insurance. My bank said they had been manually entering my card info every month and charging me $174.56.

Pretended to be a health insurance broker. Called me from TextNow numbers , I did mot know until it was to late , I am only 26 I didn’t know any better about private health insurance. Was TEXTING me which I was told isn’t a thing.
