I was contacted about a loan that I applied for, I was given the loan documents and they said I needed to send a 3 month advance payment to secure the loan because of my credit and an administrative fee, I supplied pay stubs, mortgage statement, and a void cheque and my sin number. I sent the funds and signed the loan documents and haven’t received any funds and haven’t had a response to my emails or calls.
