As soon as you confirm the partial refund, it will be forwarded to our Accounting Department for processing and you can expect the refunded amount to be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

I know this is not legit considering the typo in it. I have looked it up on the internet and many other people have experienced the same thing where they expect to get their full refund, but then it is flipped back on them at the last moment.
