I was trying to make reservations with Choice hotels and in the process ended up on the site Algotels.com. I made my reservations and received what looked like a legitimate reservation. When I had to cancel, I called the hotel and they cancelled my reservations and refunded the credit card that was used to book the room which I found out was a Master Card and I paid with VISA. When I tried to contact Algotels at [email protected], I was told that they would have to get approval for reimbursement and I have never received a refund of the $1500 I paid. Contacting them only gets a "we'll update your ticket", with no resolution.

I booked hotel online for three nights in Orlando Florida through Algotels.com. Hotel informed that the reservation was made and cancelled. I called and email Algotels over 20 times for a full refund of $486. I have received no follow up and when my card company followed up they produced that the charge was legitimate. This company is not to be trusted...DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. TRIVAGO SHOULD BE ASHAME TO USE SUCH PARTNERS

I was looking to book a hotel and save some money and this site was listed as having a good deal. I booked through them in October 2024 for a future stay in December 2024. When I arrived at my hotel, the "digital card" they sent to them would not work and I could not get this resolved with Algotels. In order to stay, I had to make another booking and pay more money from another card. I have tried resolving this through my credit card company and now Algotels and have yet to receive a resolution and I am now out hundreds of dollars.

Tried to book a hotel on this website, kept getting emails from this website never the hotels website so we called to check in and they said our hotel was never booked

They sell hotels, advertise a cheap rates never give you the room. Support is impossible to contact. Multiple other victims on Reddit and TripAdvisor
