I ordered a 3 leaf garage lights on April 18th. I received a tracking number that was last updated on April 23rd. As of today (June 27th) I have not received my order. I have emailed their customer support 6 times. Every single response being the same ( your shipment is on its way. Don’t worry, we’ve expedited your package). ALL LIES! This company is a scam!

I'm going to check with my bank tomorrow, but I noticed a debit of $28.86 with an explanation of Healthcare Wanchai Ho Wanchai Ho, twice. I don't think this is a legit debit because I have my own healthcare plan and this is not a charge I recognize. I'm sure this is a scam and a charge to my account that is not okay. What can I do about this? Anything?

I ordered bras from here on April 25 and still have not received them. I was charged 36.22. I believe I should get a refund or some kind of response from this scam of a business. I think I learned my lesson for ordering merchandise from China or surrounding areas. This is ridiculous.

I ordered a bra on April 10, 2020 and still have not received it. (Today is June 22, 2020.) After checking several times, the package tracking only goes through April 20, 2020 then goes no further.

I've never experienced poor "customer service" as this bogus company is providing and am going to make a formal complaint. After reading other's complaints, I believe someone needs to shut them down.

Ideally, I'd like a full refund; I do not want the product anymore. This is a scam!
