Ordered garden planters on May 1, 2020. Received an email that I would get an email when the merchandise would be shipped. No email, no merchandise. Ordered three ladies tops on 8th May and paid by credit card the sum of £36-98 I had confirmation and was given order no 3926 and a tracking no 8315684487834119 the company was Allwaytech I didn't realise that the items were coming from Honkong.I used the tracking prompt and told it was leaving the warehouse and being sent to England and would be sent out by Hermes but to leave for a few days before tracking again,which I did and kept getting the same answer till after numerous try's today the message said the tracking no not known.lf this is a scam why does face book allow these people to use there site.I am a 78 year old woman who has had to isolate for the last 10 weeks as fall into at risk category,and feel let down and foolish to be taken in by these [censored].
